Charming 55 m² fisherman's cottage, ideal for 5 people, facing the South Beach and 200 m from the town center. All on one level, it offers three adjoining bedrooms (two double beds, one single bed), a shower room, and a toilet. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). You will also find a washing machine and a flat-screen TV. Outside, enjoy a terrace and a small southwest-facing garden with garden furnitureand a parasol. Pets are welcome. The bus station is 500 m away, and the Saint-Laurent-de-la-Prée train station is 6.3 km away. The Rochefort thermal baths are a 15-minute drive away.

To be paid upon arrival: two security deposits: €500 for the rental, €100 for cleaning, and the tourist tax. Pets: €30/pet + a €100 security deposit.
OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival:

- Linens: sheets €12 (one flat sheet, one fitted sheet, and two pillowcases) per bed per week; set of two bath or beach towels €12 per week; set of two bath mats €7 per week; kitchen linens (two tea towels and two hand towels) €7 per week.

- Cleaning: €100.
The rental is for a stay that begins on the day of arrival from 2:30 PM and ends on the day of departure by 10:00 AM at the latest.
