I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we booked this last minute right after new year. we were very lucky it was available and couldnt be happier. very warm and cozy! gas fireplace was warm and cozy, beds were comfortable and home was set up great for entertainment and family gathering. location was just minutes from loon mountain and highway. we loved it and highly recommend. also linda was our host contact,we had a question about the pool pass and she called us back right away and after hours.everything was perfect and as described.

Stayed Oct 4, 2025Unit was a bit dusty. Internet went out last 5 minutes of football game. Tennis court in poor shape - large cracks filled with grass. Unit comfortable but needs some updating/ wall patching. Despite cleaning fee was asked to wash all dishes and take out trash.
