Beds were comfortable, linens were good. We enjoyed the hot tub and we did use the passes to go to the swimming pool. Kitchen was well equipped and the big dining room table was great for meals. Parking all of our cars was a little challenging on a narrow driveway on a snowy weekend. Overall it was a good experience.

Host was very welcoming. The house is very spacious and beds are comfortable. It needs some attention to maintenance details. One disappointment for our six grandchildren was that the hot tub was not working.

We did an extended family vacation. In laws, my family of 4, and my husband’s brother’s family of 6. 12 total with 6 kids ranging in age from 10 to 17. While we are sharing criticism for future guests and/or management, we all agreed it was still a five star rental overall! 1) Basic amenities offered at hotels should be provided. Travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash was not provided in any of our bathrooms. Additionally, an ice maker would have been lovely. 2) While we did reach out ahead of time to schedule golf, there seems to be an extended process for getting the “preferred rates”. We did not give them enough time to regular mail vouches to our home prior to the trip. This was how the golf shop told us it worked? It’s 2025, how is this convenient for anyone? 3) The location of “The Territories” is not very convenient if you plan to spend most of your time downtown. Half our group commented the location was inconvenient while the other half thoroughly enjoyed the countryside and solitude. So if shopping and dining out is your priority, know there will be a 10-15 minute drive each way.Aside from that, we all enjoyed our stay in Galena and at this property. The fitness center, pool, basketball court, hot tub, pool table, karaoke machine, poker table, golf course, walking paths, fire pit & darts were all enjoyed during our short 4-night stay. We found the beds comfortable, the en suite bathrooms spacious, and the living areas cozy. Hoping to return soon! :-)

Beautiful home. Gorgeous area. Great walking options and peaceful area. So spacious, high ceilings, and perfect for a large group where everyone had their own room and respective bathroom. We loved it!

Great space for our group. We had a great time!

We brought our staff here to getaway and have annual planning sessions. The en-suite bedrooms worked really well for privacy while the common spaces allowed our team to still feel connected. With the wide array of built in activities and the wonderfully furnished kitchen we had little need to leave the property. Will definitely plan to stay again.

Very spacious and plenty of room for a big group. We all loved the hot tub, karaoke machine & all the other fun amenities. Loved having 2 refrigerators, but would like to note that there's not an ice maker in either of them.

This house is just a few miles from the owners club and close to trails. It has an awesome firepit and great amenities. The owner was really nice, and super responsive. Would definitely rent here again!

This house is beautiful! Loved the whiskey room with the shuffle board table . The bedrooms were super spacious and comfortable. Great for a large group plenty of space for everyone. Loved the big yard , fire pit , and hot tub! We will definitely book this house again!

The home did not disappoint. Rural area but easy enough to go into Galena, a scenic dinner at Timmerman's in East Dubuque, and antiquing in Elizabeth. Everyone having their own space was nice, although the deck is a bit rough and needs some love. A tea kettle would have been appreciated, but overall pretty well stocked. The thermostats were vexing, patio doors stuck a little, and be prepared for sketchy wifi, as you are in a wooded area. Both Laura and Todd were responsive to our needs with setting up a few things in the home. They really made the experience top notch.

The owners added nice touches including a new grill, s’mores kit, fully stocked coffee station and well stocked kitchen with pots, pans and utensils. The home is large and spacious with multiple places for people to hang out and lots of games for kids and adults. The outside of the home needs some work including painting and new deck. The towels had a musty dirty wet smell even though they were clean. Overall nice home and our family had a great time

The house was set up perfectly for us. the layout of the bedrooms was good and the kitchen was well equipped. We cooked up a feast one night for our MGMT staff from the area. The location was convenient to Galena where we grabbed some pizza.The house was clean and well maintained, although the deck could use a little extra maintenance.

Great stay for our annual friends vacation! Every room has an en-suite bathroom and there was plenty of room. We also loved the screened in porch and the use of the community pool. Exactly as advertised plus some!

House was large enough for all that stayed and it was great for everyone to have their own bedroom.

Overall the home was great. The bedrooms, mattresses, and bedding were wonderful. We loved the ceiling fans and open concept. The whole family enjoyed the pool table, arcade game, shuffleboard, and a few the hot tub! The couches and chairs were all very nice and comfortable. Additionally, having access to garage and the 2nd refrigerator was awesome and should be listed as an asset! The number of bathrooms was ideal, but the toilets all still had blue cleaner in them when we arrived. Additionally there was a shortage of towels both per bathroom and to travel to the pool with. There were very few washcloths for the bathrooms or the kitchen. The kitchen was not as well stocked as we had hoped, but we have fairly high expectations. We are a large multi-generational family that cooks at least 2 meals daily. The grill should be upgraded as it struggles to cook evenly due to some repairs. This caused some adjustments to our menu that were not ideal. The pool and rec center were lovely, but the guests before us didn't return all the passes so we were 3 short the entire week. $5/day per person. PS- We did see wild turkeys walking through the yard early one morning, which was very cool:)

We had a wonderful weekend here with our multigenerational family. The bedrooms are all nice, quiet, comfortable and private. Lots of areas to gather, play and relax. The hot tub was great, kitchen well stocked, screened in porch lovely and view from the deck was so calming! There were a couple of items not stocked (hand soap in powder room, coffee filters in kitchen) that would have been nice. But overall no complaints from our group!! Just lots of fun times with our family and great times for our group including toddlers, tweens, teens and grandparents alike!
