Stayed Aug 4, 2025The house is beautiful and the subdivision it is located in is beyond beautiful. The host is very responsive. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped. The only thing I would recommend to the host is more hooks/towel racks. The house holds 12 people which means a lot of wet towels and not many places to hang them. The only other concern was having to pay in full at the time of booking. We were very nervous about that! While at the home in August, my son looked on Zillow and found out the house was listed for sale in April after we paid at booking! What if the house had sold?! I would hope we would have gotten our money back, but then we would have been forced to find a new rental last minute! That would have ruined our trip. We don’t travel very often and this was our first family vacation. We would have been devastated.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025Wry good property-especially with children-the pool was the center of activity…as with every stay there are always a couple of minor hiccups-and it’s never about the hiccups but how they are handled-our owner Nicole was EXTRAORDINARY in getting things handled in a timely and professional manner. The best I can say is we will come back again.

Stayed Apr 11, 2025Great spot for a weekend getaway! House was beautiful and very clean. Across the street from shelter cove where there is a farmers market on the weekends and a great spot for brunch called the French bakery. Also very close to beach access points and right on the golf course. We had such a great time and loved our stay!
