Stayed Dec 18, 2025We stayed at this vacation home with our family and a friend’s family, and it comfortably accommodated all eight of us. The location is excellent—close to grocery stores, drugstores, coffee shops, and great restaurants. The host thoughtfully provided a Nintendo Switch, board games, and other entertainment, so the kids were never bored. The home is just minutes from the Sugarloaf trailhead. It features a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, and in-unit laundry, making everything very convenient. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, perfect for modern travelers.

Stayed Oct 5, 2025We had a wonderful time! I brought my two daughters and we invited our dear friend from Germany with her two sons -it was spacious enough for us to all be comfortable. Centrally located, it is close to great dining and awesome hiking. I especially enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen with condiments and coffee maker. For the price this place cannot be beat!

Stayed Jul 24, 2025Such a great place to stay for families or buddies golf get away, or in our case both. House is well kept and very comfortable. The game room was a hit and great separation for kid/adults. Close proximity to hiking and running trails, very quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Our teen boy even said it was a great place and wants to come back. Need I say more?

Everything was clean and well organized.Nights in the neighborhood are very quiet so sleeping is not an issue. The house is close to 2 major grocery stores (walking distance), and that is a plus.We really much enjoyed our stay and will most likely book it again!

Stayed Apr 17, 2025We had a great time here. Easy, keyless check-in process. A lot of space for the 5 of us. Location is a top advantage. Property was close to phenomenal trails which made for great runs and hikes every day. Was also very close to grocery stores and restaurants, so no need to spend a lot of time in the car to get to places.

Stayed Jan 7, 2025Enjoyed our stay in Sedona, the house was clean however I personally would NOT REBOOK this house. There are better options to choose from with a more modern floor plan. The only two actual bedrooms are both across from each other and the master bedroom shares a wall with the second bedrooms bathroom and can disrupt sleep. A third so called guest room/ den/ laundry room/ shuffle board room is the converted garage and most of the rooms need to be updated with more comfortable furniture. Location is near a trail head however, I prefer to be further away from the homeless population regardless of the homeowners explanation of being 2 streets away.Kitchen amenities need to be updated and seemed overly used and are mismatched (garage sale type). Stemware is limited to plastic wine glasses. The photos are deceiving and make the rooms appear larger than they are including outdoor spaces.

Stayed Oct 15, 2024This was a great house for our 3-day stay in Sedona. Very clean and well-appointed, with a fenced backyard for the dog, a nice patio, and a tabletop shuffleboard set in the game room. Walking distance to several nice restaurants, including the famous Coffee Pot with its 101 omelets. Also walking distance to some beautiful trails. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 17, 2024The house suited our needs perfectly. It was clean and very comfortable. There are trails nearby which was a definite plus. The coffee maker didn’t work, but that is a very minor thing. Overall, it was a great place to stay in Sedona!
