Final June Dates Just Reduced, Private Beach, Dog Friendly, 2 Community Pools

We had a great time at Seas and Greetings! The house was perfect, very clean and the kitchen was stocked wonderfully with items for all types of cooking!

If you’re looking for a spacious, beautiful, tranquil home for your next Florida vacation, THIS IS IT! The house is absolutely beautiful! The house comes with basically everything you need for your stay! It also has an ice maker included inside the lower cabinets in the kitchen which was super convenient when packing coolers for the beach. There is a laundry unit upstairs and downstairs which was perfect for our family of 11! We used the refrigerator in the laundry room to store all of our canned and bottled drinks, and used the fridge in the kitchen for all of our food! 4.5 bathrooms was a lifesaver while our large family got ready for dinner outings! The beds are comfortable and having the tall ceilings on the second floor made it feel even more open and spacious! I can’t speak highly enough on this home! Great location as well! Short walk to the beach, and just steps away from the community pool!

We had a wonderful family vacation! Property was in a great location with everything we needed for a great stay.

The beach is only about a short block away. There are two community pools inside of the gated community. No issues and clean home! 12 of us fit very comfortably in this home. Will definitely return!

Excellent accommodations! Large enough for our family of 11

The house was beautiful. Cleanliness was less than desirable, with the floors being dirty to the point we had to buy our own cleaning supplies and clean the first night.

We enjoyed our stay at this house, it's located in a great area with private beach access and close to public beach access as well. There are restaurants and shops within easy walking distance and plenty of places to bike or take the golf cart. The house is larger in person than it appears in the pictures. Each bedroom feels very private and it's easy for everyone to have their own space, or gather in the main area when they want to socialize. Furnishings and decor all seem newer and modern, overall a nice aesthetic. The pools are a very short walk away, and there is plenty of parking. Laundry is super convenient with washer/dryers on both floors. A few comments: We had a hiccup with the golf cart and the property managers we're very quick to resolve this, the private beach access has several stairs, if you're dragging a beach cart/little kids, plan multiple trips up and down, folks on the private access beach will be quick to tell you if you're setting up in an area not designated for your complex, getting bike rentals for the week ended up being a big hit for us, highly recommend, the property managers are very responsive and present (they came to put our cans out on trash day), well stocked kitchen. My one nitpick is that the wood floors could really use a good cleaning throughout the entire house, a by-product of beach living I'm sure. Overall would definitely rent here again.

Great house and location. Safe, gated community. Private beach access, which means you're on the less busy side of the beach. Short walk to beach, shops, and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked with various sized pots, pans, and bakeware. Outdoor eating area was a nice bonus that we enjoyed. Two sets of washer/dryers were helpful. Bunk room was perfect for our teens. Heated pool was a nice rainy day activity. We would definitely recommend!
