This large traditional house has about 4,000 sft and a 2-car garage. It is in an excellent location, 5.7 miles to Downtown, 7.4 miles to the airport, 15 miles to Graceland, and 5 minutes to Cooper-Young night life. U of M, CBU, Rhodes College, Pink Palace and the Zoo are minutes away. Guests will have access to the entire house. Small fees will be applied for small bridal luncheon, birthday dinner, etc. Please do not book our home if you are simply in need of a party space.

Stayed Dec 1, 2023We stayed with multiple couples because we were running in the Saturday races. The house worked out great for the number of people we needed to stay together! I was also happy to find a place with at least 3 bathrooms! Everything went well ! We enjoyed our stay and will be happy to stay here again! It’s an older beautiful home. Only difficulty was with old plug ins but we found a power cord and made things work!

Stayed Apr 29, 2022This house was perfect location to walk to fairgrounds. Didn’t feel unsafe at all and was only about mile walk. House was very spacious. Only thing that we wish we had was patio furniture to sit outside in the evenings. Other than that, we plan on utilizing this house more in the future.
