Our house sits between Germantown and Downtown Memphis; about 20 minutes to most local attractions; easy access to restaurants, supermarkets and business districts. We are close to the FedEx St. Jude Golf Tournament at TPC Southwind, Germantown Country Club, and Ridgeway Country Club. Our house is in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. One of the best in East Memphis. We recently renovated the kitchen, downstair bathroom floors, and all bedroom floors. Details are in the picture descriptions

Stayed Mar 21, 2025Unfortunately, we were in Memphis for a Family Memorial Service. The Property worked out excellent as we had room accommodations for our core group, plus we had the dining and seating areas for Family to gather after we attended Services. The layout allowed us to have additional Family and Family Friends to commiserate, and socialize in the evenings. It worked out perfectly for us.Thanks So Much... The DeBolds.

Stayed May 16, 2024We were in Memphis for a family wedding. We had several family members with us. The house was perfect for our needs and the location couldn’t have been better as the wedding was in Germantown. Host couldn’t have been nicer or easier to work with.

Stayed Sep 28, 2022The home was in a great location. It was really clean. The furniture is really dated but the beds were all very comfortable. My only concern was that while we were gone from the home sight seeing we returned to find the owner at the property. It appeared he went inside the home as several lights seemed to have been turned off when we returned to the house. I guess that is fine, but I'm just not a fan of that. Overall I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Sep 15, 2022We were in the area for a family wedding and needed a home to accommodate our large family. The house met our needs well. We were pleased with the neighborhood and felt safe (as safe as anyone can feel in Memphis or any large city these days).
