KITCHEN AND DINING
The interior kitchen is fully stocked for full-family dinners and flows seamlessly to the backyard through slider doors. Start your day at the complimentary coffee station featuring regular and decaf K-cups, plus sugar and creamer. For the ultimate cooking experience, head outside to the fully covered outdoor kitchen featuring a BBQ, griddle cooktop, ice maker, mini fridge, and bar seating.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1 (Primary Suite): King bed, patio access, and en-suite bath. Includes a Peloton bike for private workouts. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 2: Queen bed with ample closet space. (Sleeps 2)

Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): Two full beds, ideal for kids and teens. (Sleeps 4)

Additional Sleeping: Living room features a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa. (Sleeps 2)

2 Full Bathrooms total — Including a primary walk-in shower and a guest bath with a tub/shower combo.

HOUSE POLICIES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION

GUEST ACCESS AND GUIDEBOOK
Guests have private access to the entire property (excluding the RV garage). A digital property guidebook and entry access codes will be sent 24 hours prior to check-in.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out by 10:00 AM

QUIET HOURS
• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Please be respectful of the surrounding neighborhood

SMOKING
• Smoking is not permitted inside the home
• A $500 fee will apply if smoke, odor, or physical evidence of smoking (such as ash, debris, or paraphernalia) is detected indoors
• Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only

PET POLICY
Although we love animals, this property is not suitable for pets. If an unauthorized pet is found on property, a $500 fee will apply.

AGE POLICY
• Primary booker must be at least 21 years old with valid government ID.
• A responsible adult must be present throughout the stay.

POOL & SPA HEATING
• Spa heat is available 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM for $45 per day
• Alternate spa heating times may be requested in advance
• Pool heat must be requested at least 3 days before arrival
• $395 pre-arrival pool heating fee plus $95 per day during the stay
• Tampering with pool/spa equipment is strictly prohibited; a $250 fee will apply to any interference.
