Modern appliances, including deep sink with premium pull-down faucet, French Door Refrigerator (with ice maker, filtered water dispenser, air filtration, and door cooling system), cookware, bakeware, mixers, various cooking appliances & tools, utensils, dishwasher, and cleaning supplies. Fire extinguisher and first aid kit under the sink.

Bedrooms:
All cooling gel memory foam mattresses. Master suite #1 has king bed with extra memory foam pad, blackout curtains, closet, mounted smart TV, and en-suite bath. Master suite #2 with similar items minus en-suite but with desk/workstation. Others upstairs bedroom with two Twin XL beds, each with charging access. Downstair bedroom has 60 mounted TV, Peloton, and other gym equipment. Bedrooms all set up with comfortable bedding, mix of firm/soft pillows, and plenty of storage.

Bathrooms:
3 full bathrooms. All have rainfall shower heads and towel warmers for that luxury vibe! Two bathrooms have walk-in showers; one has a tub/shower combo. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, guest toiletries, and some other complementary amenities included.

Workspaces:
Three dedicated desks with adjustable chairs, and USB/USB-C charging. One desk is an adjustable standing desk with tall drafting-style chair.

Entertainment:
120 projector screen in media room, fast 2-gig Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 6), and smart lighting controls and other smart devices throughout. 75 TV in living room, 60 TV in downstairs bedroom/gym, two 55 TV's in each upstairs master bedroom.

Fitness/Gym:
Peloton bike with pedals and footholds that can be used with regular shoes, adjustable weights, bench, pull-up bar, dip bar, yoga mats, foam rollers, etc.

Laundry:
Brand-new LG extra-large 5.2 cubic ft washer and 9.0 cubic dryer, cordless vacuum, robot self-emptying vacuum, iron, ironing board, and various cleaning tools. Washing detergent pods and bleach provided.

Outdoors:
The Western Red Cedar 4-person barrel sauna sits beneath one of the property’s Western Red Cedars and is surrounded by other tall evergreens.

Fully fenced yard with lockable gates, BBQ grill, hammock, covered patio seating, smokeless firepit with chairs, yard games, string lights (all controller via mounted smart hub tablet in kitchen), and plenty of secure off-street/fenced parking. Surrounded by mature Douglas fir and Western Red Cedar trees for a true Northwest experience.
