The wonderfully quiet duplex dune wind, which is only about 200m from the museum harbor or from the city center of Carolinensiel, invites you to a relaxing holiday even without a car, as everything can be reached on foot. Our house has been freshly renovated and refurbished with great attention to detail. The house is equipped for up to 8 people plus a travel cot. Pets are welcome.

On the ground floor you will findthe kitchen, which is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, high chair, etc. You will also find a guest toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer on the ground floor. Another bathroom is next to the kitchen, with a walk-in shower and a low sink (suitable for the disabled). All doors on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible. A storage room with ironing board, iron, clothes dryer and vacuum cleaner is also available. A large cozy living and dining room invite you to linger. It is equipped with a large dining area (8 seats), 2x sofa beds, flat screen TV, Bluetooth soundbar and free, fast WiFi.

From there you also get to the beautiful, sunny terrace with attractive garden furniture / beach chair, 2x. lockable garden sheds, large carport (with lockable gate) and fenced (by hedges) garden.

Upstairs are 3 bedrooms for 2 people each. A bathroom with shower / bathtub, toilet, sink and hairdryer is also available. Two bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and closet, the third with 2 single beds and a closet.

The house is a non-smoking house and pets are allowed a maximum of 2 on request.
You have 2 parking spaces in front of the house and a driveway suitable for the disabled. You can safely park bicycles in the lockable garden sheds.

Note: Bed linen / towels can be booked on arrival for a small fee with our house service. Tourist tax is payable on site.
