Stayed Aug 6, 2016The house was clean and well-maintained with updated kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was well-equipped. The deck outside the kitchen is large and partially covered with an awning which made it a nice family gathering spot. The dining table comfortably seats 8. The owner was very friendly to deal with and accommodating. The home was equipped with Wifi and a large TV in the living. The home is located in a nice area of Ventnor and is only 1 1/2 blocks to the beach. The only drawback was the lack of air conditioning on the first floor. While this may not be much of an issue during most of the summer, we happened to stay during a heat wave when even the shore was steaming. We had fans going which made it tolerable but it was not ideal. Overall, however, my family very much enjoyed our stay at this home.
