Stayed Jul 27, 2024Great location, perfect size house, good outside seating and play area. Nicely made and clean-feeling beds. Not so good: minimal supplies to keep house/esp kitchen clean. There were 6 of us, and so it was annoying to have had only one spare toilet paper roll and to have to go out and buy package. Same with no paper-towels - and only one dishtowel available. And no dishwashing liquid (and only 2 dishwasher tablets for the week) No detergent or directions for washing machine. Coming from overseas and needing to purchase those items we would not use much of - was annoying. No directions how to do trash - not everyone lives in Niedersachsen,or Germany, so we had no idea - went with what we saw in the containers. Would have been helpful to have had some set of easy directions. As we were packing up to leave, discovered the very low drawer (under the dishwasher?) which underneath some placemats had a binder with information in it - too late! That would have been helpful to have out on table. When mentioned to property manager, she just huffed you should have known that was there - ridiculous comment. Property manager initially very helpful, which was appreciated - but the in-person interaction upon leaving left a lot to be desired.
