Activities: The Brockenbahn train station can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Trips to the Brocken and Wurmberg start in the immediate vicinity. Wernigerode and Braunlage can be reached quickly. Mountain bikers will find tours in the mountain bike swing, and in winter around 40 km of trails offer ideal cross-country skiing conditions with altitudes of over 1,000 meters and challenging routes for skiers.
