The host was welcoming through e-mails and responsive to our replies. The house was generally clean but could have been cleaned more carefully: on the porch we found cigarette butts in a bucket and in one bedroom the nightstand surface was sticky from a spilled drink. We appreciated the ample supply of glassware, plates, and utensils.

Lots of rooms and great set up. Check in was delayed over an hour which was difficult for out of town family.
