Summary:
Enjoy a cozy stay in this lovely 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house in off of Vaughn Road! Our house has easy access to the best of Montgomery and can accommodate up to 12 guests. We have a welcoming living room with a Smart TV and a sofa bed! Our kitchen has complete amenities for preparing any meal. All bedrooms have comfy beds, perfect for a restful sleep.We also have an in-house laundry, unlimited Wifi, BBQ grill, and more! Pets are also welcome with a fee. We would love to host you!<br>
The Space:
Guests will enter the house through the front door using a digital keypad. Once you head in, expect to enjoy a cozy atmosphere in our open-concept living space. We have a beautiful farm table, a fully stocked kitchen, and a comfortable living room. Off the living room, you will see a little hallway on the right leading to a laundry area, a full bathroom, and the first two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a sliding door going to the side deck. The main bedroom has a private bathroom and access to the backyard. Outside, we have a fully fenced yard, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ grill.

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
Our house is located in a quiet residential area of the Southern Eastern area in Montgomery! With easy access on major highways and interstates, you can conveniently go to grocery stores, shops, parks, and restaurants. We are also just a few minutes from Baptist Medical Center South!

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!

Other Things to Note:
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
