Fenced backyard! 6 miles to Cookeville Boat Dock!

This home was clean and spacious, very comfortable.

Loved the property! Pretty peaceful, just a bit far from the interstate.

This is like home away from home. I pets were allowed access to the wonderful fenced in backyard. Our children recently moved to TN and the house happened to be 7 min. From their. It allowed us to enjoy Christmas day as a family. We will definitely choose to stay here again. The property management is very responsive and attentive about if anything is needed. It is located in a lovely subdivision and about 15 min. From downtown Cookeville. There are many state parks nearby also.

The house was perfect for 6 of us to stay for our sister's wedding in Baxter! The amenities were great, comfy beds, and nice big yard. The only issues were that the water temperature was lukewarm - never seemed to get hot enough - and as we checked out the owner or property manager watched from the street to make sure we left exactly on time which was a little weird. But overall a wonderful stay!

Beautiful home. However, needed swept when i arrived. Hair in bathroom floors. Dog odor as well. All 3 bed mattresses needed replaced. Very uncomfortable. Very worn in the middle, to the point that we rolled into the hole. Caused back issues with some staying. Only a small sectional in Living Room for seating. Not enough seating for 6 adults staying in the home.

Perfect location for our hike at windows cliffs.

We were very pleased with the house and yard. The house was very clean, spacious and it had everything we needed for our stay. The laundry room was nice convenience. There was a charcoal grill that we used. Note:Bring lighter next time.There are steps leading to the front door and back door, and no ramps. This is not a complaint, just info for anyone with mobility issues.The fenced in yard was a huge plus because our dogs were able to play safely off leash.The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful with little traffic.The area is just a short drive to Cookeville and Sparta where there are lots of restaurants and shops. Burgess Falls and Rock Island State Park are also just a short drive and worth the trip.We would recommend this VRBO. Very nice.

My family and I had another great time in Baxter and Center Hill Lake! The house was in a great location and very roomy! Super clean and accommodating. We loved it!

We stayed for almost 2 months with our two dogs and worked from the house. Everything worked great for us, (including reliable internet) and we were very comfortable for our entire stay!The property management company was very prompt/helpful for any questions we had. We would highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay. The home is close to many waterfalls and we kayaked the Caney. The host was excellent and communicated very well and answered all of our questions. I would recommend this place to anyone. Pet friendly. Fenced in back yard.

Got there and exactly what they advertised. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. You definitely felt like home there. The house was beautiful inside.

We hiked in the morning and visited my uncle in the afternoon. The bed was so comfortable, we woke well rested and ready for our next adventurous day. I loved it. I didn’t want to leave

For an elderly person with a cane it was difficult to walk on the pavers and use the high first step with no handrail. Also a motion light would be helpful. (I’m 79) Other than that it was an awesome home. It was very clean and well kept inside. It was close to my granddaughters home and the backyard was nice too. I’d return it on every trip to visit except I had trouble getting into the house.

We enjoyed our time at this large, well-equipped house in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed to make breakfast each morning. The beds and couch were comfortable for relaxing after a long day of hiking. It was nice to be able to do laundry as well. Great place to stay while visiting area state parks.
