Feeling Tip Sea, 6 BR Private Pool w/ Pool Heat & Hot Tub + Pets Stay Free

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is in a great location, super close to everything, and had plenty of space with nice amenities. It was a comfortable spot to relax and enjoy the beach.A few minor things– we couldn’t get the fireplace working, a couple of dining room chairs were a bit wobbly (one had a broken leg), and one of the big windows facing the beach was cloudy, so the view wasn’t as clear as we hoped.Still, it’s a lovely home with so much potential and just a few tweaks away from being perfect.

Every thing we hoped for. House was everything we needed and close to amenities.

Clean, close to the beach, amenities were great. Soap missing from dispensers and took awhile to fill, but that’s really it and not a big deal. Bring your own soap if you’re worried. They were slow to work with on getting the pool heater turned on, so we just gave up. That said, we didn’t give the “72 hour notice” - if you want it heated, I recommend giving that advanced notice.

This stay was amazing! The house was clean and held 9 people comfortably. No complaints!!

The house itself and the location is lovely. There’s one row of houses betw this house and the beach, though there are views of the ocean directly. We struggled with the property for a reasons below which I put largely on the property management company. First, though wireless was advertised the service was practically unusable. Wireless was important to our group so this made the stay challenging. The other big issue is though the kitchen has two refrigerators and two dishwashers, it has one incomplete set of dishes and incomplete set of pots, pans, and cooking utensils. This made cooking at the house difficult but not impossible. I recommend the owner/agent get two sets of dishes and a full set of pots/pans, cooking utensils. All the bathrooms come with soap dispensers mounted on the wall like you find in public restrooms. Not a great look to be honest. One of the upstairs had no hand soap and despite notifying Kees they did not send anyone to refill. We also notified Kees about the Internet and no help was sent. We noticed there were no physical wireless access points visible so this is likely just lack of understanding how WiFi works in a house with multiple levels. They need someone to advise them they need access points on each level. The showers also had wall-mounted shampoo/conditioner mix and soap. These were difficult to use as they barely came out. The bunk room mattresses are thin and uncomfortable. Outdoor shower is not enclosed so be aware.

We were very excited to get to this house and spend a week relaxing on beach. House was as promised and very cool. Elevator was great for older parents and bringing up supplies. If it were not for some issues the experience would have been perfect. Washer/Dryer did not work and dealing with Kees was cold and corporate. They knew there was an issue with those appliances and new ones came mid week. Three TV’s were not working and it took 4 days to get someone to fix and also to bring propane for grill that was empty when we got there. Backyard was overgrown and felt depressing sitting in very unkempt and in unmaintained lot by the pool. No one came to mow or clean up and looked like they had not for a while. If you can live with some issues and deal with an answering service with long wait times and poor responses, go for it.

House was in the perfect location, hop skip and a jump to the beach. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers… had everything we needed. The last night we wanted to cook burgers on the grill…. Had ZERO propane in it, and the washer was broke, wouldn’t spin clothing out and is moldy. Other than those 2 issues, it was the perfect stay!! Definitely would recommend.

The elevator, and ice maker are added bonuses. The top floor has very little water pressure. WiFi upstairs is unattainable. The kitchen is not stocked with basics like salt pepper etc. we had one frying pan. Most of the dishes are chipped and cracked. The toaster doesn’t work. The blender is missing the top piece so everything you blend comes out. Wooden spoons are broken. We got there and shampoo/conditioner/body wash/hand soap were all mostly empty. We contacted the property but housekeeping never came. All the patio furniture is out front and was not moved back to the original areas. The outside pool area is very small and not spacious. The yard is full of dirt, ants, hay and is on a hill. All lounge chairs fall off the side or are broken. To get to the beach is very thick hot sand so be careful. Be mindful how you park. The outside shower barely works. The balconies were nice coverage from the sun. The hot tub is nice. The main tv on the top level is badly pixelated. The double fridges are helpful. The rooms are comfortable and have fans except the bunk room. Shopping is close and the red drum cafe was very nice place to eat. Make reservations wherever you go. I hope you find this review helpful.

House was great for our family, 7 adults and 5 children 5 and under.

The house is gorgeous. Beautiful views, a short walk over a dune to the beach, comfortable bedrooms, clean bathrooms, three refrigerators(!), and a big dining room table that was perfect for board games and puzzles after dinner. There's a great ice cream place about a half mile walk away. It has a pool, which I didn't realize when I booked the house. When I saw it, my first thought was about my two grandchildren, ages 1 and 3. But the door to the back yard has a handle about six feet up, and a very heavy pneumatic hinge so that even if the 3 y/o could get up that high, she couldn't pull the door open. Plus a couple locks. So there's no way a young child could sneak out of the house alone to go swimming. The yard is fenced in, which our dogs appreciated. I have only a couple negatives. One is that the air conditioning unit for the bottom half of the house didn't work. The upstairs was very comfortable. We were there in early June, so it was more like being uncomfortable than unbearably hot. But at night, while we were going to sleep on the middle level, we were definitely sweaty and using any covers. We called maintenance and left a message, but no one responded. The other is that the wifi wasn't very good, and my son had several Zoom meetings he had to attend. The wifi worked well on the bottom floor (where there was no air conditioning) but was almost non-existent on the top floor. A signal booster would have helped, I think.
