Stayed Nov 20, 2025The house was perfect for our four families. We had a total of 6 kids with us, the youngest was 3 and the house was perfect. Kid friendly and safe! We had an amazing time. I called customer service, and they fixed the problem we had the same day and was very responsive and professional. I will definitely book this house again.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025Our family had a wonderful stay in this unit—it offered plenty of space for everyone and was the perfect home base for our trip. We loved the community amenities, from the heated pool to the Green Egg grills, and the convenient location made exploring Destin so easy. Having golf carts included was a huge bonus and made getting around a breeze. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service from Coastal Retreats. They handled every detail of our booking seamlessly and went above and beyond by checking in with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. Their attentiveness made the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We highly recommend both this unit and Coastal Retreats—you’ll be well taken care of!

Stayed Jul 26, 2025We had an amazing time at Coastal Retreats' rental Feelin TipSea The accommodations were amazing, comfortable and convenient. We had (2) golf carts that got us to the beach daily and plenty of room for our large extended family trip. The clubhouse was directly across the street from our rental, which gave us access to a large pool, big cabana, grills, stocked pond etc. The rental had oversized rooms, all which had its own bathroom/showers. It also had fun bunk house, and arcades and air hockey table on the 2nd floor that the kids loved! We had a minor issue with the hockey table but the team at Coastal took care of it right away! Awesome responsiveness and communication. Everyone was happy with the stay and would recommend to family & friends!! Check it out!!

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We had a great time, location and amenities were on par! The unit was a little more worn than anticipated based on the pictures. One golf cart continued to malfunction. They were quick to respond with concerns of the unit and golf cart. However we did not get a fully functioning cart until our last day. Overall, I would do it again!

Stayed Dec 31, 2024Feelin TipSea was so beautiful and stunning. We traveled with a total of 10 guests. We really enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back soon. The property was easy to locate and just minutes from the beach, outlet mall, Walmart, and the grocery stores. We enjoyed the golf carts, which gave us easy, quick access to the beach. Alex and the team responded to all of our questions and concerns, no matter what time of day it was. They even accommodated us for an early check-in, which really helped with my elderly dad and other family members who have swelling problems. We enjoyed the egg grill and the air hockey. The kitchen/dinnette had everything we needed as we cooked several meals for breakfast and dinner. The pool was heated and warm, and my niece really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024This location was perfect for everything we wanted go to do. It’s close to shopping, beach, and restaurants. This location would fit any family for a getaway. Please take a look and book this home if you will be in the Destin/Miramar, Florida area. Rooms were amazing. The only downside is the water pressure wasn’t the best and there was no tub but other than that I loved every moment of my stay. One other thing, there were no oven mitts either.
