Dock features: There are moorings for sailboats, a boat lift that fits up to a 25-foot bay or gulf boat (12,000 llbs max). The boat lift can be rented for $50 per day. There is a stairway into the water right outside of the home for swimming, lighting at mid-dock and end of the dock, green fishing lights on the dock for night fishing, Pole holders, benches to sit on, and a freshwater shower at the end of the dock with hot and cold water.

** Trey says This place is amazing! Everything was great and our family had a wonderful time. If you have a boat, the convenience to EVERYWHERE is perfect. You do not have to go far to have nice meals on the water. The Wharf 850 was a nice restaurant with great food, drinks, and service. It was only 5 minutes by boat.
