We had a wonderfully stay at this property. The house is newer and beautifully decorated, clean, and has every amenity provided for a comfortable vacation. The location of the house is convenient to so many activities and is located in a quiet area of the island. The manager of the property responds to questions extremely promptly and was a pleasure to rent a vacation home from.

The house is lovely and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us. The neighborhood is quiet, secluded, very nice for walking, yet close to everything we wanted.We would definitely stay here again.

The house was immaculate. The back porch was delightful for viewing birds and having coffee or dinner. We hope to be back.

We had a great time on Chincoteague Island and this place was just as advertised. Communication with owner was constant. We discovered some damaged furniture and notified owner who planned to get it replaced.

We had an excellent stay in Chincoteague. It was an amazing, relaxing stay. Lovely location, quiet, easy access to everything we needed. The house was wonderful!!! We will be back soon!

The house was bright and roomy. The kitchen was equipped with basics. There was a a hiccup with the outdoor shower and the owners were very responsive to getting it repaired as soon as possible. Location of the house was perfect.

Nice place away from town, minutes to stores

We had a wonderful three night stay in this beautiful home which is located at the end of a lovely quiet road.??The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing our meals and we enjoyed grilling out as well. We loved reading on the shady screened in porch each morning listening to birdsong and watching horses nearby. We enjoyed relaxing together on the big comfortable couch watching movies in the evenings. During the day we hit some great nearby coffee shops and had a blast at the beach on Asseteague Ilsland

The house and location are very nice

The house is wonderful, secluded, and well equipped/furnished. It's very close to the park and restaurants, and yet the neighborhood is very quiet and private, with great views of the marsh (we saw so many birds and deer from the house). And you can even see the sunrise from the master bedroom. Cheryl is great, gets back to you quickly. Hope we come back one day.

Nice quiet location and close to the park. Very nice comfortable house and well stocked. Had everything I needed.

The house was very clean. We could not get enough of the views from the back deck to the front porch. Cheryl had bathroom and kitchen supplies available in case you forgot something. She was quick to respond to questions we had and very kind. It was a wonderful hideaway on a quiet street. We saw deer and foxes every day. We hope to come back again.

Very , very nice home. Very clean. Well furnished, fully equipped kitchen. Convenient and close to Assateaque National Park and beach, and area restaurants. Lots of parking. Secluded and private.

No complaints about the house but will say “watch horses from the house” refers to domestic horses next door, not wild horses. View is also misleading as the only visible water is across the street through neighbors yards. Close to everything and very clean and well stocked.

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a good location.
