The view of the creek and valley below from the elevated home is breathtaking. The sunrise and stars are out of this world. No light pollution. There are amazing hiking and atv trails within a five minute car drive. Its located right near Mt. Evans Wilderness/Pike national forest. Unfortunately no fishing in the lakes nearby. There are exterior cameras for kids/wildlife. Feel free to turn them off.
There are 2 lakes in the neighborhood to visit. Wonderful place for families and friend
