Stayed Jul 27, 2023We stayed this past weekend and this home os one of my favorite VRBO's. The beds are very comfortable, there is plenty of table seating and the backyard / pool area is perfect for some R & R. Kelli was awesome and made us feel very welcome.

Stayed Jun 26, 2023We love this property, we have rented it for 3 consecutive years, super nice, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is the perfect house for my family. Everything in the house is very comfortable and clean. The kitchen well equipped. Easy access to Lake Havasu. Enough area for parking cars and boats. The pool was wonderful! Communication with property manager is easy, thanks Kelli Smith. We had a wonderful stay, we will be back!

GREAT BEDROOMS WITH TVs PERFECT LOCATION. AND A/C THAT WILL KEEP YOU VERY COOOOL! SITUATED ON A QUIET STREET,CLOSE TO THE LAKE AND SHOPS. THIS IS A 10 OUT OF 10. PLUS..KELLI THE HOST...JUST FANTASTIC!!! DON'T PASS UP THIS GEM OF A VRBO RENTAL IN A MARKET OF STONES, YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED !

Stayed Jul 17, 2022We had a wonderful experience during our stay. Kelli was very responsive and very friendly. The location was perfect, a beautiful neighborhood that was close to the village, restaurants, shopping, lake access, and boat launch ramps. The home was clean and had plenty of room. Unlike many Havasu rentals, the property included garage access which was a nice surprise. The house was equipped with all necessary items, cookware, platters, Tupperware, pool toys, and even an air compressor to inflate our towables! We will definitely book again!
