Stayed Jul 30, 2022The beach house was beautiful with lots of space that allowed the 8 of us to comfortably spread out. It has huge windows and skylights providing outstanding natural light and great views. It was clean and well stocked. We had a wonderful holiday.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022We were a party of eight. The home is spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The path for beach access is convenient and wonderfully created with steppingstones through the landscaping. The area is quiet allowing sounds of the birds (including a couple Owls) to provide morning entertainment. This was a great experience and Mila is a top-notch property owner.

Stayed Jul 24, 2021This home is incredible. The pictures do not do it justice. So close the beach, so comfortable, so relaxing. If you are looking for a great place for the family to get away, this is it. The beach is wonderful and there is a lifeguard, which was important as we have two little kids. Saco is a great town with lots of options for family activities. And lastly, Mila is a wonderful host. Super responsive and thoughtful. I could not have asked for a better vacation.

Stayed Jun 26, 2021This beach house could be included in House Beautiful! Absolutely lovely interior, ocean views and a very short walk to the 7 mile outstanding beach. Our family of 10 were there during a four day heat wave and we were so grateful for the central air-conditioning. Mila couldn't have been more responsive to us to insure that we had a perfect vacation and that we did! We are looking forward to returning next year! Thanks so much, Mila!

Stayed Jun 19, 2021Mila is a gracious hostess and we thoroughly enjoyed our week at the house. The teenagers in our group found their own space in the comfy triple and there were many places for all of us to be together or spaced out reading in the upstairs loft and on the beautiful deck. We would definitely rent this house again!
