We loved our stay at The farm charm. Everything was nice and just as described. Ms.Allison the host was highly knowledgeable patient and helpful with great communication. We loved every minute of our stay as a family. We are definitely going to book again soon everyone was Happy. I highly recommend this property if you would like to experience a taste of the country side!!!!

The host was welcoming. We had a decent stay because the property is very close to our relatives. The stove worked well, and the beds were comfortable. The property and a lot of it's amenities are in poor condition. For example: both bathroom fans don't work, the shower of one bathroom somehow leaked onto the carpet of the bedroom next to it. All the nonstick cookware is scraped beyond any usefulness. Just put some stainless steel cookware in the kitchen instead. The couch has spots and doesn't seem clean overall. Multiple doors don't open or shut well. The house overall had a musky smell to it, despite air refreshers (which I don't like) all throughout the house. The smell in the bunk house was worse, it smelled like continuous high humidity.

Our first Vrbo experience, hosts were accomodating and kind , leaving us firewood and a small Christmas tree and decorations. The pond was shallow because of yearly rainfall but the kids still had fun and caught some bream. Accomodations were clean and comfortable and we would stay here again if ever needed. Thank you for a great place for 6 adults and 6 kids to stay while enjoying the Gulfport area at Christmas !

Very comfortable and homey. Needs a little TLC and updating and it would be excellent. The beds were very comfortable. It was very clean. All the mechanicals were in good working order. The only negative thing I can say about the mechanicals was that the on demand water heater makes a lot of noise when it kicks on. The bunkhouse was a bit stuffy when we first got there - but we opened the doors and aired it out and it was ok.Host did respond to an issue with the Wi Fi in a somewhat timely manner. We would definitely stay there again.

It is a well loved old farm house, with dated but comfortable furniture and appliances. Upon arrival there was a noticeable smell (we just purchased an odor eliminating air freshener to cover). The bunk house had a musty off-putting smell, so we opted not to use it. We didn't use the hot tub as we couldn't figure out how to turn it on/off. It is a no outlet street that is very busy. The traffic greatly exceeded the 20mph speed limit. We also encountered a gentleman on a golf cart who went by us then turned around and came back with his camera pointing at us. Assuming he was taking pictures or a video. When doing the required load of laundry before departure the washing machine seemed to be stuck in the rinse/spin cycle (we started it at 6:00am and it wasn't done at 8:00 am). We reached out to the owner to let them know. Overall the property served our purpose and we had a comfortable stay.

My wife and I rented this VBRO because it was close to the Grand Bear Golf Club. They are in the midst of a very bad drought so the pond was pretty low, I hope they get rain soon. The house was perfect for our group, especially the hot tub.

We were in the area for a wedding. This was a great location for us near the venue. It gave family members a place to rest between events. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. The children enjoyed the outdoor area, especially feeding the fish! We only used the house and did not utilize the bunkhouse.

The separate cabin was a bit musty. And the house keeper does not do a great job. We found food wrappers under beds. The people that owned the house we great about all of it and apologized. I stay here again.
