Normally we book calendar months only however if you need something a little customized....well let's talk, perhaps we can make something work. The HOA and town of Oro Valley do have 30 day minimum for rentals.

Stayed May 9, 2024Really enjoyed the accommodations here. Phil is a very kind and responsive host. The home is lovely and the neighborhood is beautiful - quiet and peaceful. Cute patio in the back and another patio in the front. The kitchen offers all the appliances and conveniences as well as good Wifi. Comfortable bed and nice large master bathroom. The location is great – resort like surroundings, yet close to restaurants and downtown Tucson. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stayed Sep 18, 2023My wife & I found this rental to be outstanding and very reasonably priced. The home was clean & well stocked with essential needs. The neighborhood was quiet & people very friendly. We stayed with our dog for about 5 weeks, while our new home was being built and this place was perfect for us. Phil was very accommodating & helpful to us. We highly recommend this charming home.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023We stayed for 2 months in the home until we purchased a home for ourselves in the northwest part of town. We loved our stay in Sun City. We were given guest passes to use the pool and the gym where we met many friendly neighbors. Phil, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating to us and our small dogs. He was quick to answer any questions we had as well as being a good problem solver when we needed to change our travel plans. The home was very comfortable and relaxing for us. We were very glad to stay in a lovely home in Sun City Vistoso.

Stayed Jul 1, 2022I rented this home for several weeks and found it absolutely outstanding! It was very clean and well stocked with everything you'll need - just bring your toothbrush and food! It is located in a well-kept quiet neighborhood in Sun City Oro Valley. For a small fee, renters can get a Sun City card which gives access to all facilities. Finally, Phil the owner is easy to communicate with and is very responsive to any questions or needs you might have. I highly recommend this property!
