FANTASTIC!! LUXURY REMODEL, SUN FILLED-HEATED POOL, NEW LISTING, 5MIN 2FISHVILL

The house was wonderful! Troy had the house ready before we arrived and invited us to come early. He gave clear instructions making entry and use of the home effortless. The house was well equipped and clean and fresh. Nice quiet street. Nice pool and lanai. Big TVs and comfy beds. Modern updates with lots of fun amenities. We will book this house again next year if it's available and if it's not we will find another that is managed by Troy.

The home was beautiful, as described, clean and well stocked. Troy was great with his communication and responded quickly to questions. If you are interested in the area, you won't go wrong staying here. Loved the items on the calendar!

I would have given it a 5 but the landscaping needed the debris removed.The property description showed fishing rods available there so I didn’t bring mine. There was only one and the reel did not work. I bought 20 worth of bait that went to waste.

Our 11 days stay was very nice and relaxing. The house was clean and beautiful inside. The pool temperature was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Very impressed with the luxury and comfort at this home! The house, sheets, towels, furnishings, pool, etc. were immaculate! Troy was easy to work with and very responsive. Took the bikes out for an easy ride to Fisherman's Village on the sidewalk and trail. Will definitely put this on our favorites list for our next trip to SW Florida! Highly recommend!

My husband and I rented this home where we were able to have our son and his family come for a few days. What a fantastic property! Extremely clean and modern. The outdoor space is perfect size and includes a wonderful covered seating, beautiful pool, gas grill, boat dock, kayaks and bikes. The gaming area was very enjoyable, and my Grandson learned to play Ms PAC-Man while my husband and son spent each night playing one another in pool. There was something for everybody!Our host Troy was very helpful and quick to respond. I loved the fact that he even let us know the property was ready hours before our official check in time and we gained access early. There is so much to do in the vicinity and cannot wait to return to Punta Gorda Isles!!

We had a wonderful family vacation, and Troy was helpful with the few requests we encountered. Hats off to the cleaning crew, was spotless!

Its a great Family Vacation spot

Punta Gorda was a great base location for my son and I. My son is an avid fisherman and he thoroughly enjoyed fishing the canal in back of the house. He caught snook and snapper. We were able to get to Sarasota, Boca Grande, Cape Coral and the Everglades easily from this location.

This is one of best VRBO properties we have ever experienced! Completely updated with beautiful decor, comfy furnishings, immaculate and stocked with virtually everything you would need for a short or long stay. Our whole family loved the gaming table combo and classic Pac Man arcade game! There were multiple bikes and helmets, pool items, fishing rods and more and we didn't have enough time to enjoy them all! The location is gorgeous, right along the canal and the perfect spot to sit on the dock and watch the sunset. We had a few questions and the owner Troy was responsive and courteous. We truly didn't want to leave, but we are in Punta Gorda once or twice a year and hope to stay here again!

Great Property & Great Location I’ve stayed at a few of Troy’s homes and they are all wonderful. This was another great property and location. Plenty to do or just hang out by the water or the pool. We rode bikes and went to the beach one day. Loved the fish lights at night and can’t wait to come back. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

One of the best VRBO's we have stayed at. We have stayed at many places on VRBO and this has been one of the best. It was beautiful, clean, and everything was new. Our favorite part about it was how well the house was stocked and also the wide variety of things to do already at the house. Not only was there a variety of things to do (bikes, kayaking, pickleball, fishing, ping-pong table, huge pool, etc) but they were high quality. There truly was something there for all of us to enjoy and do together. This place was not only a home to stay in, but it fostered connection and family time, too. Contact with the owner and access to get in the house was also the easiest we have had so far as well. We HIGHLY recommend staying here! Thank you, Troy, for providing such a great rental. It made for one of our favorite vacations!
