Fantastic Location! Directly above river w/a 5 minute walk to downtown.

Great stay! The host was available and responsive. They had wonderful amenities. The house was in a great location, a nice home base for our Mt. Bachelor ski trip.

What a great location with easy access to the river and a path along the river to reach downtown. Very well appointed with so many helpful touches inside that made it feel like home. The local roasted coffee was exceptional, thank you. Super clean with everything functional, very well maintained, and looked new. Great, responsive, and helpful communications via the app. No issues with our stay. We'll be back!

This is our second stay at this property, and we will be making more here in the future! The location is perfect as it's near the Hwy, downtown, and the trails along the river. We love the layout of the home...especially the well-appointed kitchen, the roominess of the master bedroom and the laundry room which is large enough to store gear, and the quiet location. Thanks again to our hosts for putting such thoughtfulness into providing amenities to make us more comfortable and to feel so welcomed!

An amazing location by the river. My wife and daughter walked into town twice (about 20 minutes) and didn’t have to hassle with finding a parking space or paying for one. The interior of the home was immaculate. It had an amazing kitchen space and the upstairs master was fantastic. When we come back to Bend we would stay here again!

Better than the pictures. Beautiful kitchen with tons of natural light. Sweet little yard. Stones throw to the river. Gorgeous surroundings and stunning sunsets from primary balcony. Walked the river to town and had an amazing breakfast at Lemon Tree. Great location.

We were so impressed with this place. All amenities were in great condition and plentiful. Just a very comformatable place to stay, inside and out. Very clean, all appliances are top of the line and appear fairly new. The location was perfect, and access to the walking trail at the Deschutes River is roughly a 50 yard walk. We had a wonderful time, and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bend.

We really enjoyed our weekend

Great location just a short walk to the river where you can find a great spot to enjoy the water. The house is perfect for 2 couples and has a great front yard to hang out. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood so word of advice, if you invite others over to hang out for their Birthday that aren’t staying with you, make sure they keep the volume and antics under control and are respectful to others.

This property was even nicer than the pictures! We were very comfortable, and we appreciated the attention to detail that the owners provided. The location was perfect in relation to getting around town and the close river access was very much appreciated for both walking and biking. We liked how quiet this neighborhood was. No doubt about it...we WILL be staying here again! Thank you!
