Fantastic Location! Beautiful 4 Beds, Priv Heated Pool half mi to Dwntwn Gilbert

Great home. Extremely clean and very well equipped. Doug was very responsive and answered all of our questions. The pool and patio made for a perfect week in the warm sunshine!

This was fantastic house for us to celebrate our family in Arizona over the Thanksgiving week. Besides seeing our one month old grandbaby in the area, we also were joined by Chicago and Los Angeles family members. We were able to host a Thanksgiving dinner in the well-appointed and large kitchen. There is seating for eleven both indoors and outdoors. We also enjoyed football and basketball games on the large TV with out streaming services. The pool was a huge hit as we paid a modest amount to heat the pool and it stayed warm thanks to the cover! The putting green was fun and even doubled as our yoga space. We didn't use the grill, however, did use the waffle iron (our nephew is a professional chef) and the air fryer (I am not a professional chef). Also the bar area has a small beverage frig that came in handy as well. The three bedrooms all had comfortable beds and the office was used for remote work and the pullout for a napping area for the baby. I really do not know what could make this place any nicer for a family vacation. We hope to book again in 2026.

Property is well laid out and very functional. Everything was very clean as well. Location is great and we walked to downtown Gilbert most days. Great selection of food and drinks and good vibe. Backyard is private and quite nice. Communication from our hosts was excellent. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We stayed for my wifes birthday and our 20yr wedding anniversary. Hosts are great, and house and backyard are amazing, pics and descriptions are accurate, but everything is way better then expected. We are already planning to come back again ans stay here! amd will book real soon!

This is a wonderful house. We especially enjoyed the pool which stayed warm during our entire visit (with low overnight temperatures) and the kitchen which had every single thing we could ever need. The backyard was peaceful. Gilbert is a fun little strip of bars, restaurants and shops. Our only disappointment was that the short walk into that area was along a very busy 5 lane arterial. We only did it a couple of times. Doug and Renee are super communicative and responsive and take excellent care of their property. Highly recommend this house.

We stayed a week with our family (6 total) for a soccer tournament in Mesa and some R & R. The house was perfect--- completely remodeled and super clean. Stocked with everything you could ever need and wonderful owners to deal with. We seriously have never stayed in a more complete, well thought out rental. Will definitely re-visit.

The house was clean and we loved the layout. They thought of everything from shampoo and conditioner to coffee syrups, all utensils and cookware. There was nothing we needed that we didn’t have. We would definitely recommend this home and we will definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area. A+++++++++

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Gilbert. The home was beautiful and so warm and inviting. The pool was a great bonus. Although we had to manually remove the cover every day, I’m told this will be rectified for the next guests as they put in a roller bar to facilitate the cover removal. The location was fantastic. So close to eateries and shopping. We are sure to visit this property again.

We came from the UK for a wedding in Mesa. 4 adults and 2 children and found it perfect for us. Clean and spacious. The hosts communicated throughout the staff very promptly. I would thoroughly recommend this property. Good location

Overall, we had a great experience- communication was great! Quiet neighborhood which was very relaxing! The only thing would be that the backyard needs additional lighting.

Rooms are very comfortable, heated pool is amazing, over all amazing experiences.

Our week long stay couldn't have been any better. Everything was immaculate and structured very well. My family enjoyed every minute! We have had some hiccups in the past with VRBO, but this trip and home was flawless.

My sister and I stayed in this house on our vacation. This was our first time in Arizona. Gilbert was super enjoyable and this house made our vacation even better! It was very clean. The backyard was awesome, even in the heat we loved spending our time back there. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you needed to make a yummy meal. The binder was filled with information and things to do in the area which was a great reference point. Overall, I would love to stay here again! McKenna McLain

Great house! Great Hosts! Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen with all the appliances, gadgets, dishes, bar glasses, etc. making it so easy to feel at home. The back yard and pool is beautifully maintained, you don't need to go anywhere. Will be back for sure!

Everything about this house is perfect!! including the location. I would highly recommend this property and the managers/hosts are very attentive and respond quickly with answers to your question/concerns. Best place in Gilbert in my opinion!
