Room was small but perfectly comfortable for two. It was clean and had everything we needed. The lake view was stunning. The only thing better would have been a warmer, sunnier day, but we still enjoyed every second of our stay. Great place! Thank you, Michelle!

It was a perfect spot for a couple. It was quiet and beautiful! Didn’t realize it was in the bottom of someone else’s house, but that wasn’t a problem. Very lovely, especially considering the price.

Gorgeous setting overlooking a beautiful lake and tall trees. Peaceful, simple and quiet. We had a covered deck all to ourselves. Our hosts provided easy instructions for entry and information on the area. We enjoyed our time and can't wait to return to Bella Vista.

Everything you'd want in a quiet retreat. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. The studio was clean, comfortable and well-appointed, however you'll want to never leave the deck overlooking the lake. It feels like you are in the tops of the trees enjoying the serenity of the lake view from above. If you need a refresh (or just a lovely place to stay), this is it!

The driveway is so steep you fill like you will hit the house. Their is no wheel stops.It’s not private because o8-26-2025we could here them talking laughing till 1:30am. Even going up and down the stairs drunk hitting against the wall. The bathroom is under the stairs. The shower is the size of telephone booth. The shelf in the bathroom has a tilted so you can’t sit nothing on it. It’s a bedroom in there house that they stuff a kitchen in it way smaller in person. It said private entry but it’s NOT there a door in it to their house. You can’t walk down to lake or dock you can’t fish even if you let them go. We left the 08-27-2025. We were supposed to be there for three nights only stayed one night because of them they offer no refund.

We had a great stay, with a great lake view. Very peaceful. I loved the porch! It is perfect for 2 guests. Well stocked with much needed items. Instructions to check in and check out were clear. Quick communication with any questions.

Location to our needs was spot-on. Small room with everything we needed. No noise, everything worked and a view of Lake Ann that will make you just want to stay on the porch.

Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a sweet getaway to the Bentonville area. The lake was beautiful, easily accessible to all the entertainment activities and the hosts were sooooo accommodating. Beautiful place!

Michelle's place is so cute and cozy on the inside with amazing view and venue on the outside! Check-in was smooth and easy. Even though we arrived after dark, spotlights came on automatically as we approached to light our way. Inside we found a studio apartment w/ bathroom, refrigerator, and kitchen, with small round table & chairs, and 2 twin beds pushed together to form king. We walked out the back door onto a large spacious deck which stretches the length of the house, with a porch swing & rectangular gas fire pit at the far end. (I found out there is another larger rentable space adjacent to the studio, but the owner blocks whichever space you don't rent, so you never have to share the balcony. The owners live upstairs, which was no problem at all.)The house sits on a bluff overlooking a beautiful lake, so the view from the covered balcony is amazing. My wife & I really enjoyed our stay...the only downside was we only stayed one night!

Beautiful setting overlooking a tranquil lake. Multiple outdoor places for soaking up the peace of this area. Very clean studio with well-equipped kitchen (even spices!) The area has many amenities, yet simply staying at this VRBO could be a vacation in itself.

We just stayed one night and weren’t able to spend much time at the house, but when we were there it was just what we were looking for! Beautiful views, nice and quiet and relaxing.

The property exceeded expectations!!

We are golfers and were gone most of the day. We really just needed a place to sleep. After staying here, I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the peace and quiet. The scenery was just breath taking and we definitely will be coming back.

Just a quick overnight on our return to Texas. Great place, quiet and peaceful on Lake Ann. Wish we could have stayed longer this morning but had to head out early.

It is small but definitely all you need or will use. Host supplied kitchen with coffee, tea, asst'. condiments, paper towels. Step out onto spacious porch with seating & views of lake.
