This beautiful holiday home under thatch in the village center of Oldsum was completed in early 2016. The house combines old, Frisian charm with the amenities of modernity. Beautiful Delft tiles, quaint wooden beams in the ceilings or an original preserved Swedish tiled stove determine the spirit of the house, as well as modern kitchen appliances, underfloor heating, high-quality bath facilities (all three bathrooms have walk-in showers with rain shower function).

In the process, a successful, noble mixture of historical feeling of space and modern living comfort has been created. The house is also very child-friendly and impresses with a lavishly designed nursery with an innovative loft bed - let yourself be surprised.

The entire living area amounts to approximately 150sqm, including three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

A particularly large garden with fruit trees and various seating options (incl. Beach chair) invites you to linger.

The house is located in the village center of the artists' village Oldsum, a small Edeka market, bakery and a cozy café are available within 300 meters. The beach in Utersum can be reached via the cycle path within 10 minutes (car, 5 minutes). The main village Wyk and the ferry port are 10km away and can be easily reached both by bike and by car.
