Fantastic holiday home near Fort Myers * Lehigh Acres Florida * Gulf Coast

We were there for 3 months. The house met all our expectations .For us who like to cook, the kitchen was perfect, very well equipped. The pool and the pool area permitted us to entertain family and friends.And Michael is such a good owner: he answers quickly to all our questions and problems. We will be back next year.

The house itself is wonderful, it is a little far to the beach but if hanging out at the pool all day is what you want to do then this house is perfect

The property was just what we were looking for when planning our trip to Ft Meyers. The location was great for being close to other family that was in an RV park north of us and all of the fun places we went to south of us. The house was way bigger inside than the photos depicted. The living room and kitchen are center and open to each other. From there you go to one side for the office/dining room combo which leads to the master bedroom/bath/walk in closet. From the left of the living room there is a full bath and the two other bedrooms. One larger than the other. The patio-pool-lanai area was just a bit of heaven to us northerners. The pool is heated so even though we arrived during a cold snap we could swim easily the next day and the rest of the week. We used the grill several times while there and enjoyed the way the kitchen had the many cooking items and prep items we needed for our meals. Michael was so nice to work with and made the stay an easy one. He kept us well informed of check in and other details before the stay, checked on us a few times during the stay and then at the end checked in with us one more time. He is great and very friendly. Michael--we all loved your house and will recommend it to others for sure.

We rented the house for a week. We had quite a few meetings in the area (Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples). It takes about 45 minutes to get to any of those locations— so it was a little ways out, but the traffic was not terrible) There were a few maintenance type issues in the home. Probably the most important item is the plumbing. We noticed throughout the home the faucets didn’t work well, the sink drain in the master bedroom is extremely slow. The toilets didn’t flush unless the handle was held. Finally, it really took a long time to get the hot water to the faucets. We noticed quite a few insects (I think they were ants) all over the master bathroom countertop. It did look like they were trying to manage the ant issues wit ant traps. Finally the pool enclosure had quite a few spider webs all over. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and lanai and on the rare occasion we were not at a meeting we tried to get to the pool. The neighbors were having a pool installed, so there were days with quite a bit of noise from that, otherwise the area was very quiet. They have a nice book proving information about the home and area which was all in German. From an English communicator, we did struggle with the German instructions. The check in process is a bit cumbersome — updating to a more digital locking system would be a nice touch.

Beautiful property in a very quiet neighborhood. We have a nice and relax time at this property. House manager was very helpful. House was very comfortable and clean. For those Boston fans; is 20 minutes away from the Red Sox spring training stadium. Something to have in consideration is that you're going to be in charge of the overall electric bill (not shown on price breakdown totals on VRBO website) during your stay, in my case trying to save as much as possible I paid $87.00 extra. We rented this house at last minute when my daughter decided to come with us to take her College online classes outdoors, but was not possible because the signal was very weak, so she end up taking her classes inside anyways. Overall is a nice place to stay.

We truly enjoyed ourselves we couldn’t have been happier with the property.

My family had a nice stay here in May. The kitchen was well-equipped. We appreciated the large TV, cable, and use of a DVD player. The pool and patio were awesome. Communication with the owner was friendly, and the property manager was very nice and helpful.

This was the perfect vacation home for our family. Plenty of space, was very clean, and the pool was nice and warm. The hot tub was more of a jetted pool but it was perfect for my 4 year old to play in. The property manager was also great to work with. We would defintely stay here again.

We completely enjoyed our stay! The house is lovely and the pool/spa is fantastic. The weather was warm and sunny and we spent most of our time in the pool and outside on the patio. Owners are wonderful and the property manager is most helpful. I would encourage staying at this property!
