Fantastic 6-bedroom house in charming Ventnor City 1 1/2 blocks to the beach

For the price we paid, we felt it worked for what we needed. Many bedrooms and spacious enough for our family of 4 plus 2 grandparents to spread out. The kitchen was a little lacking in utensils and such but we also come from a chef family and were making more extravagant meals than probably most people would. Location to the beach was excellent and the host provided everything needed to sit comfortably seaside all day. The house could use a little maintenance, but again, for the price we were paying, it was fine. Benjamin was a communicative host, very quick to respond any time I reached out. All in all the house provided an easy space for my family to connect and that was really the point of our vacation.

My friends and and I stayed at this house for a long weekend and were absolutely stunned by how accurate the description and pictures are with the real thing! It was perfectly clean, great for a group gathering, and prime location. Would definitely stay again!

This house was awesome - it was so clean and roomy. Ten of us were comfortable the entire weekend. The property is a 5 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The house fit all our needs. The big guys loved their basement rooms - “Grandma, we really lucked out with our rooms!” The bedrooms were comfortable, with all the amenities and storage space one could need. The kitchen remodel was lovely - very user friendly. And the front porch was wonderful!! Loved gathering together in that comfortable, cozy space - I think that it really made the house! Ceiling fan on the porch, as well as all the bedrooms, made it easy to enjoy the ocean air without being too warm. The little kids loved the beautiful beach - and the short walk (with all the umbrellas and chairs easily carried in the carts) made it easy and fun. We definitely would like to return again sometime!

Our family had a lovely time in Ventnor City. The house had plenty of room, and was well-outfitted for our group of 8. We were able to cook together, hang out together, and - most of all - enjoy the proximity to the beach. Parking was easy, and the house was centrally located, making all of our excursions on- and off-island very simple. The porch was particularly nice, especially for cooling off after spending time in the ocean. All in all, a great stay, and a very nice property.

We had a great time with our familly and friends. There were 4 rooms uptstairs and 2 complete bathroom so we had plenty of space. 3 additionnal rooms also in the house. Very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk. We appreciated all the beach toys, towels, umbrella and chair we could use. The beach is very quiet and clean, our kids enjoyed it. Thank you Mr. Greenblatt for letting us stay at your house.

We had a fabulous time in your wonderful house! There was so much space for everyone to have their own privacy and everything was very clean and well equipped! Thank you very much, Ben! We hope to be back again soon!

I was looking in the area for a place to sleep while in town for a cheer competition for my daughter- ended up getting a few moms and girls together to split the cost- and was the best decision I could of made. Place was clean and completely stocked with all the necessities- The owner, Ben, was great! Any questions we had he was prompt to answer and very accommodating for our requests. I would stay here again if I find myself in the area- and may even take my family here over the summer!!
