Located only 170 feet from a public beach access, guests to this home are in close proximity to the ocean, along with other locally famous restaurants. If you’d rather feast on your catch of theday, The Oak Island Pier is close by as well. Surrounded by the sea, you can lounge in the sunset and enjoy the beautiful rays as the ocean sings in the background.

This beautiful home has three floors equipped with an elevator on the ground, first and second floor to save you the steps. The spacious great room is beautifully decorated and perfect for your party or a simple gathering with family and friends. Enjoy special moments around the electric fireplace as you watch your favorite show on television. Cozy up on the comfortable sofa and read a book as the fire crackles in the background.

This kitchen has all of your basic cooking utensils and more! Cook up your favorite dish in this stylish area or feast on your capture of the day. Gather around with family and friends and reunite at the dining room table as you catch up on good times.
