Our group enjoyed a wonderful family gathering at Fannies on 5th. This beautiful home was spotless, comfortable and in a great location for the things we wanted to do around Waco. Communication with the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We appreciated the layout of the house and all of the abundant kitchen equipment. We would highly recommend this home!

Such a great house with thoughtful touches. We really enjoyed our stay and loved how close we were to coffee shops, restaurants and the Silos. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed with friends over the holiday weekend to attend a Baylor football game. The home was very clean and spacious for the 8 of us (4 adults, 4 teens). Would recommend. Had everything we needed and more.

Great house for a large group. Loved the front porch and spacious rooms. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s Bridal Shower. I was thankful for the two refrigerators because I made and transported the cake and was able to keep it separate from all of our other food. The kitchen is a good size but if you want to do any serious cooking, bring what you need. The kitchen could use more cookware/bakeware storage containers. Other than that the house was great!! Would stay there again!!

Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable living space and outdoor seating. Beautiful home! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone needing a large space. Hostess was very responsive and helpful.

We were a group of six friends going to a women's conference in Temple. Our decision to come two days early was a good one! What a gorgeous and well-maintained historic property! Coffee and visiting on the many porches, card playing in the dining room, exploring Waco - fabulous stay. We'll be back.

Great house for large get-togethers. Plenty of room. Kitchen was great. Loved that we could park so many cars in the gated back yard.

We had a great family weekend visiting family and seeing the sites of Waco. The house fit our family exactly and location was perfect to walk to most of our activities!

This is a beautiful historical space to have family or friends. There are so many thoughtful details such as coffee, extra items in the pantry and lots of towels. The different porches are fantastic for relaxing, chatting and having coffee. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you'll never want to stay anywhere else in Waco.

We had a group of ten in town for a wedding downtown and this was the perfect house for us to gather and enjoy being with each other.

Fannie’s on Fifth did not disappoint……. The home was conviently located, beautifully appointed and overall amazing! The kitchen, dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. We enjoyed ourselves and even walked to downtown, The Silos and The Spice Village. If we come back to Waco we will try to stay there again. We are all recommending it to our friends. We utilized all of the porches and gathering spots. It was Great!

Great place for a girls trip to Waco! Enjoyed shopping at Magnolia and eating out at good restaurants in town. House was just the right size for 7 of us women. We enjoyed nights together around the dining room table sharing stories and quality girl time! Thank you for sharing your house with us.

We stayed at this beautiful home for a college reunion and it was perfect! Easy parking, downtown and near Baylor campus, very clean home and comfortable beds. We already mentioned that we want to stay here again for next years trip. 5 stars!!

Second stay at Fannies on 5th in Waco. Great for a big group. We had 10 people. Good parking for lots of cars in back. Driveway a bit narrow though. Highly recommend. Management group great to wrk with.

A group of 7 adults celebrating a family birthday. The house was clean and nicely decorated (not too much, not too little). The rooms were spacious and we enjoyed spending time at the house, The beds were comfortable. The location was central to everything. The management service was friendly and prompt. Having the 2 bedrooms downstairs made it very convenient for my elderly family members. I would stay there again and highly recommend it.

Fannies on 5th, was perfect for our family of 5 adults and 4 grandchildren. Our family came from MN, CA and TX to attend the graduation of our daughter-in-law who graduated with highest honors from Nursing School. We love to cook, saw the silos, the suspension bridge, the mammoth dig, took hikes, and ate at the amazing Pivovar Restaurant. Fannies was close to everything which make driving a snap. Thank you also to Sarah, who cheerfully answered a myriad of questions. I highly recommend this VRBO.

The location was great as it was close to a lot of places we wanted to go. It was a beautiful home, very clean and the AC worked great! The owner/manager was very informative with instructions etc... We had a great time and would absolutely stay there again.
