Stayed Aug 29, 2025Place was as listed, everything super nice & new. Decor and upgrades were upscale and comfortable. Neighborhood is definitely up scaling and basically in Avondale. Lots of restaurants and shops within bike distance & parks walkable. Quiet residential area.
