The Luxe Warehouse is a historic 1940's vintage warehouse located in downtown Dallas. The steel truss frame warehouse has been converted into a unique lodging experience with accommodations for up to 10 guests. The renovation of the warehouse was featured on CNBC's Cash Pad in 2019 and the interior design was done by The Bachelorette's Season 13, Jojo Fletcher, her fiancé Jordan Rodgers and the amazing design and build team with CNBC.

Great spot
I can not say enough about how great the warehouse was, trip of a lifetime! Kristin was a great communicator and stayed on top of everything!
It was a great place to stay while we reunited with our friends for the Red River Rivalry! We had a great time and definitely recommend staying at the Luxe Warehouse! 10/10
This was a getaway with a one day family dinner for my husband’s birthday. The Luxe Warehouse is definitely a staple place and location. It’s spacious and has what you need for a gathering, celebration, or just a hang out spot for grown adults. I will definitely use it again.
We had a great time! The warehouse was amazing! We appreciate it!
This is a very cool place to stay. Everything you need for a weekend in Dallas.!
Overall had a great time staying at Luxe Warehouse. The common areas are very spacious. Don’t shy away cause it is listed as only a 2 bedroom. Each bunk bed is very large and comfy. As a group it was very easy to walk to downtown Dallas. We did that one day. And another day walked to Deep Ellum area. Both easily walkable. And Lee Harvey’s is like a block away for some live music. If there was a single knock against it was there technically is no log in for the house associated with the apps on the TV. Pretty minor though. Overall a great stay
Awesome place, plenty of room. Was initially worried about the location, but it was nice and there was enough security to feel comfortable! Also host was SUPER responsive which was awesome!
Kitchen and living great for family or party group!
