This modern family home features a fantastic backyard, open floorplan interior, upgraded design finishes, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, and secure garage access. Stylish and cozy furnishings are found throughout, and every space is designed with relaxation at the forefront.

Guests will feel right at home in the kitchen that boasts a gas cook top, prep island, and walk-in pantry, and the dining area and living room seamlessly form one large space with views of the giant smart TV. This beautiful open space with sliding doors to the backyard pool is perfect for gathering the entire group together.

Sleeping arrangements are ideal starting with the master bedroom that has a king-size bed, walk in robe, ensuite bathroom with shower cabin, and direct access to the outdoor entertaining area and pool. A split floorplan nicely places the remaining 3 bedrooms on the other end of the residence providing separation for families with children or groups traveling together. Each of these bedrooms has a queen bed, BIR, & ceiling fan, and they share the second full bath with glass shower cabin and soaking tub.

Outdoor living is nothing less than delightful in a completely enclosed backyard highlighted by a sparkling in-ground pool, awesome game garage with table tennis, and covered dining patio that seats 8.
