Ground Level: Enter on the ground level and you w¡ll find a recreation area equipped with a TV, Foosball Table and fridge, along with Bedroom #1 that has a King Bed, a TV and a privatebath with immaculate shower. This level also provides direct access to the pool and parking areas. Now, take the elevator or stairs up to level one or two.

Level One: On level one, you will find Bedroom #2, a master with a King bed, a TV and private bath with an immaculate shower. Bedroom #3 also boasts a Queen Bed, TV and Deck Access and shared bath. Bedroom #4 has a 2 Twins, Deck Access and TV.

Level Two: On level two, you will love relaxing in the open living, dining and kitchen areas. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large bar. The living area opens up to the deck, overlooking breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Bedroom #5 is also on this level and has a Queen Bed, Deck Access, a TV and a private bath.

It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
