This house includes complimentary use of 4 bicycle with locks, which can be used to get to the nearby beaches or access the world famous Lake Trail bike path on Palm Beach Island and along Lake Worth.

We loved our time at the Fern Cottage. Good location. House was very nice and well stocked, and the kids enjoyed the pool.
Perfect size for 2-5 people. Historic and artsy neighborhood walking distance to plenty to do. Space was clean, nicely decorated, and furnished. Would stay again.
This property was spacious and well maintained. Kitchen was nicely stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. and well organized. The online photos represented the house accurately. Location was perfect, within walking distance of Arts District and downtown West Palm Beach. The Property Manager was there to meet us and facilitate our check-in.
We found the Fern Cottage to be the perfect location for the week of our family wedding. Just an amazing interior that slept everyone comfortably. A great walk from the house to downtown WPB, the Norton Museum, and Palm Beach Island. We enjoyed many hours around the beautiful backyard pool with family as well as a refreshing swim after a workout. We cannot wait to return. Bill and his wife were the perfect hosts. Thank you!
We loved our stay at Fern Cottage! Check-in and Check out were seamless. Kitchen is fully stocked with cookware etc, and Cottage was stocked with some grab n go snacks when we arrived. Even a bottle of wine and a note from the hosts. The only con was the back bedroom with two twin beds was a bit warmer then the rest of the house, but they did provide a fan so it was not a deal breaker although my 24 year old daughter did hit the couch some nights because she said it was too warm in there. Overall we loved the location of the cottage, minutes from beaches , restaurants, and just a wonderful neighborhood. We will visit again!
We really enjoyed this property and the property manager was really easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. The only thing is, we would have really wished that the pool hours could have been a extended a little later than 10:00pm but we do understand we had neighbors so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Overall happy with our stay in this home!
We really enjoyed our stay at this tastefully renovated cottage. Not sprawling, but perfect for our family. We hung out poolside, walked to the Norton Museum, and City Place. Also could have walked to the Grandview market, but we went directly from the airport (minutes away), so we drove. The house was clean. We experienced no noise issues -- with trains or anything else in the neighborhood. House was well appointed as far as household/kitchen items. Thank you for an enjoyable week!
An incredible stay from the beginning. We were greeted by the vacation rental members. They were so pleasant! They showed us around the house and gave us a detailed tour of the grounds so that we felt like we were right at home. Boy were we! The house itself was just beautiful. Well-landscaped, quiet historic neighborhood, and the house was surprisingly very spacious and updated too. We slept so well, and had such a great time, we will definitely be coming back!
This house is great, clean, nice lay out, everything was in working order and the back yard was beautiful, nice pool. My only complaint is, while the location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants and shopping, there is constant air traffic noise, as well as the train tracks are a few streets over. The trains come by often and blow their whistle, very loudly. Sitting out by the pool was relaxing but planes fly over about every 15 minuets. It you want quiet this isn’t the place for you. We otherwise enjoyed our stay.
