Everything you need is here! This two-story, 1900 sq ft townhouse has everything!

The Master bedroom has a king bed, two dressers, couch & TV as well as a large walk-in closet. Attached is a large ensuite bathroom with single shower, soaker tub and double sinks. Bedrooms #2 & #3, each have queen beds with dressers and large closets. Bedrooms #2 & #3 share the second 3-piece bathroom. The washer & dryer are conveniently located at the top of the stairs on the second floor. (laundry soap & dryer sheets, Iron & portable Ironing board are provided). Both upstairs bathrooms are supplied with Dove shampoo, conditioner and bodywash, hand soap, towels, wash clothes, hair dryer, etc.

The main floor is perfect for gatherings with open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. There is a half bath conveniently located just down the hallway on the main floor.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, fridge with water and ice dispenser, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the pots, pans & dishes you will need. The kitchen island can seat up to 4 people and the dining table seats 6. (Dish soap and dishwasher tabs are provided.)

Both levels are climate controlled with heat pumps/air conditioning and ceiling fans.

You have a fully fenced back yard for privacy. Although there is little to no crime in the area, the back yard gate can be locked from the inside of the fenced yard for your peace of mind. The back yard amenities include a 7-pc outdoor dinette set with umbrella, lounge chairs, BBQ and Fire pit.

The town house has a single car garage where bikes, kayaks or other sporting equipment can be kept secure and out of the weather. In the garage, you'll also find an air hockey game, and some beach amenities (chairs, cooler & beach towels), in case you've forgotten them or not had room to pack. We also provide you with a Family Pass to the National Park.

This townhouse is on the North Shore of PEI. Centrally located, you are minutes away from white sandy beaches, golf courses, restaurants, hiking and biking trails, and you can travel to each end of the Island within a few hours.

Within the village you have several restaurants to choose from, all of which are between a 2 to 20-minute walking distance from the townhouse. You can also find a local Fish Market (Lobster & fresh seafood), Deep Sea Fishing options, Ice Cream shoppe, Gift shops, Liquor store, Pharmacy, Grocery store, Credit Union/ATM, Hardware store, Gas Station and so much more. You can also take a stroll down the beautiful boardwalk that leads to the Rustico Harbour where you'll find more restaurants, kayaking, more deep-sea fishing options and beautiful white sandy beaches.

Within a 10 or15-minute drive from the townhouse, you have four renowned golf courses to choose from.

Your also just 30 minutes from the Cities of Charlottetown to the east and Summerside to the west.

For bikers and hikers, PEI is well known for its Confederation Trail that runs from tip to tip on the Island. The Confederation trail was made when the old railway tracks were taken out, so it's reasonably flat. (The trains stopped running on PEI in the late 60's and the last of the railway tracks were removed from the Island in 1989.) You can catch the trail in Hunter River, which is pretty much the center of the trail. Hunter River is a 15-minute car drive away from the townhouse. The PEI National Park is also bike friendly with its own dedicated biking lane.

Although PEI is a small Island, there is much to see and do, so be sure to give yourself lots of time.

    Our hosts, Lynn and Donnie were fabulous and everything was above expectations. The townhouse was immaculate and the furnishings were well appointed and comfortable. This home was the best vacation rental so far and it would be hard to find a better one. Our adult children were surprised that I found such a great place as I have booked others in the past that looked great, but disappointing upon arrival. 10 out of 10
