Hendersonville, North Carolina
Lovely mountain home just minutes from downtown Hendersonville, NC and so many activities!!!. This 6 bedroom home comes with 3 and a half baths. On the main floor there are four bedrooms including a master (with a king bed). The other three bedrooms on the main floor have a queen bed, a bunk bed, and a full bed. The lower level has two bedrooms that share a full bath. These bedrooms have a king bed and a trundle (two singles). Total sleeping for up to 14 and a blow up bed if needed for an extra 2. There is also a pack n play and high chairs for infants, if needed. There is a fabulous fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities for family meals and seating for 16 inside. The expansive back deck has lovely sunset views along with outdoor seating and a fire pit with wood. One of the most wonderful things about this home is the views from each bedroom. There are large expensive doors and windows and views of the sunrise and sunset from almost every room. Another amazing feature of this home is it's proximity to everything. It is 5 minutes from the interstate, but then tucked back in the woods over looking trees, mountains and pasture. We are close to Asheville (30), the Biltmore (30), Pisgah Forest (30), Sierra Nevada (10), Mount Mitchell (40), Greenville SC (45), zip lining, hiking, tubing, the Blue Ridge Parkway and a plethora of summer swimming holes. For beer and winery lovers there are many micro breweries and national known breweries to visit including Wicked Weed, Oscar Blues and much more. In addition, quaint shopping is all around with many wonderful restaurants to boot! Drive to Cherokee and check out the train and the shopping.
The property was clean and convenient to restaurants and attractions. Very close to highway but you would never know it. House is updated. Owner was responsive throughout. Highly recommended for a family stay.
We had a fabulous vacation at this home. The pictures do not do it justice! It is lovely, clean, and spacious! The back deck was wonderful to have coffee on every morning. The drive to the house was easy with no scary mountain roads. Short drive to downtown Hendersonville. The kitchen was well stocked. I would vacation here again!
This spacious and newly updated Tudor style home has all the amenities you could need for large gatherings. The back deck has a secluded view - you may see wild turkeys - eating area and fire pit. It is close to everything: shopping, dining, hiking, and more! We always have a lovely time in the Hendersonville area, and this did not disappoint! We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Communication with the owner was fabulous, too.
The host was easy to work with, the house was immaculate, incredibly clean, well decorated, all needs anticipated, was functional and beautiful. Worked great for adults and kids (and that can be hard to find). The location was absolutely perfect, the grounds were beautiful, close to downtown, and tons of hiking. Would definitely recommend staying here, will definitely be returning.
Older but updated home in a woodsy neighborhood. Well stocked and renovated kitchen, lots of space, very clean ? plenty to do in the Hendersonville area, we love Biltmore House. Warning: lots of stairs.
From the well stocked kitchen, to the comfortable beds, to the multiple bathrooms this home is a perfect place to enjoy the quiet times of your vacation. Sit on the deck and enjoy the quiet views or travel a few short minutes to hiking, waterfalls, beautiful downtown Hendersonville. This house and location was probably the best we have stayed in. The owners are wonderful and we will definitely make this our home away from home when we travel to this beautiful part of the country.
We had a wonderful weekend catching up with the girls! Everything was, as described! Check-in was easy and Ann was fast to answer a couple questions! House was very clean with plenty of room to spread out. I had the primary suite and the mattress was very comfortable. The back deck is a dream with the pasture to look at in the evening with a glass of wine! The interstate is so close, but no road noise when sitting out back! We went to Greenville SC for a fun lunch and to Asheville for dinner! All easy drives!
We booked this house for our large family and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Ann was very punctual in communicating with us and the spacious property was just as described on the website. It was SPOTLESS and the natural light pouring through the windows was truly refreshing. Sitting on the back deck with morning coffee, watching the horses in the pasture was a great treat. There was more than enough room for our family of seven and plenty of parking. It was conveniently located to the highway so we could easily get to Asheville or Greenville. We will definitely visit again!!
