Stayed Jun 24, 2023My husband our two adult sons and wives and five teenage grandchildren came for a week of family time. We enjoyed the house because we prepared most of our meals there and the home and especially the kitchen was very well furnished with every piece of equipment needed to prepare a family meal and store left overs.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022Issues getting wristbands issued. We were supposed to get them day of check-in. Didn’t get them until Tuesday after multiple follow ups. Plumber that no one knew about showed up Monday. Tuesday we lost water for half the day. Cleanliness could also be improved. Nice house, but all the above left a rather sour taste in our mouths.

Stayed Aug 9, 2020While this home has a good layout, they don’t keep up with the property. We were informed on our way the dryer was broken. When we arrived, the washer was COATED in sand. We were offered drying racks to “fix the issue”. I was then offered a condo to wash my kids clothes since I picked them up from camp to bring them to the beach. I WASTeD a WHOLE day going back and forth to do laundry and was refunded $150 (when I paid PEAK season rental rates) for my inconvenience. I paid for a home with a washer and dryer and was NOT able to do laundry the rest of the week. The owners decided to not do anything about getting a replacement until a week after we left. The management didn’t bring a backup set over. We also had issues with the dishwasher which was missing a wheel and fell off the rack every time we tried to load/unload. It’s also has some shelves that are rusted and have holes. The downstairs also smelled like stale cigarettes. Don’t rent this home unless the price is below market. Also, if you do rent, bring all your own beach equipment. They have their sand toys locked up, while other homes leave them for guests to use. There were multiple cleaning issues including finding trash under the trundle beds when I pulled them out for my kids to sleep. Also, this street is a cut-through for people from Lake District going to the beach, so not a super quiet street. Some positives Of the home were a good layout, plenty of pots/pans, easy to reach camp watercolor, nice porches and a corn hole game. I realize issues can arise, but there should be discounts when the home doesn’t meet the standard of the neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This property was amazing! I think it is the best place we have stayed in our many visits down to the 30-A area! Beautiful decor with lovely porches and a great location.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969102 Red Cedar Way was a beautiful home! Whom ever decorated it did a fabulous job! So much charm with new and old pieces mixed in. I would rent this house again in a heart beat but would request the hot water get fixed. The showers never really got hot. More like lukewarm. The outside shower was VERY HOT so not sure what was going on with the inside water. Was never worth calling maintenance over bc we only showered at night and just dealt with it after a wonderful day at beach. The kitchen fully stocked with assorted cookware and crockpot. The bunk room was very small but served it point. I did run to Publix’s to buy a small portable fan but that’s only bc my sons like a fan when they sleep and that room didn’t have one bc of the size. Enjoyed front patio and cornhole as a family. Just a relaxing stay in a very lovely home.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great time staying at 102 Red Cedar and at Watercolor. The house was excellent - plenty of space, clean and comfortable. We spent lots of time on the back porch which was so lovely. The furnishings and decor of the house are very nice, and the kitchen was stocked well for cooking meals. We had such a fun week and really enjoyed the house!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This home was fabulous! We had 4 adults and 6 kids and we had plenty of room. The decor was lovely, beachy and the corn hole on the porch was so fun for the kids and adults. We loved riding our bikes to dinner and to the beach. We were close to Camp Watercolor, the soccer field and basketball court. We loved it so much that we'll be coming back again!!
