Family Poolside Paradise on Quiet Cul-de-Sac 4.7 Miles from Siesta Key Beach

The house was in a cute, small neighborhood. Very clean and nicely decorated . The hosts provided us with lots of essentials for our stay, with even a cute welcome basket with snacks. The yard and pool looked like a very inviting oasis. I was very impressed.

We had a wonderful stay. Check-in was simple. House was beautiful and perfect for a visit while in town visiting with our daughter and her family. Kids loved the pool. Everything we needed was provided. Definitely recommend! Thank you.

We arrived late at night and the check in process was extremely easy. The AC was set to the perfect temperature for our arrival and allowed us to cool down immediately. We ran into an issue during our stay but Michael was responsive and acted on it quickly. The screened in pool was the family's favorite feature. Perfectly warmed that the kids can jump right in after breakfast. Siesta beach was close by and the location was great, quiet and safe, without the traffic. Detwiler's farm market was a few blocks away and a must visit. The beach stuff was a very thoughtful touch so we were able to visit the beach like the locals and have sun protection and comfort. Would book again in a heartbeat.

We were three mothers and teens traveling for a rowing competition. The house was the perfect refuge and had everything we needed. I have stayed in many VRBO's but this was definitely one of the cleanest I've seen. We all enjoyed our stay and the communication was fantastic. Thank you!

Remarkably clean and well-appointed!

The house was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable, linens and cookware all available, We enjoyed the pool with the lanai, and the fact the pool was heated without an extra charge. My grandsons liked the pool noodles. The solar lights were beautiful at night. We can definitely recommend this house to other clients. The owner was immediately responsive when we had questions.

Michael made the process incredibly smooth, and we arrived to find a a lovely, clean, well-appointed home with a pool that was somehow always the right temperature. This was by far the cleanest house I’ve experienced for a vacation rental. We visited Sarasota for 6 days during Christmas week. The home was perfect with all the amenities we needed to prepare meals and enjoy a relaxing time. The private, heated pool was a bonus because it was too cool for our kids to swim in the Gulf this time of year. The host was excellent by being attentive to our questions throughout our stay. 5 stars for sure!

We spent 5 nights at this rental to celebrate our son's 6th birthday and really enjoyed our stay. I love the fact that the owners thought of everything you might need during your stay. It made it feel like a home away from home. It was nice to be able to cook a meal for my family with the cookware/utensils necessary. We also loved the fact that the beaches were so close and having all the beach essentials made a HUGE difference. Our favorite part of the house was the pool. My son spent every day of our vacation in there and did not want to leave because of it. Overall the house was the perfect fit for us and our needs and would not hesitate to recommend the place to anyone we know. We fell in love with Sarasota and will definitely be back in the future!

The house was fantastc, clean and neat with all the litttle nuances you would expect at a five-star hotel. Nice screened in pool in the backyard with lots of privacy. Host was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. Short drive to Siesta key beach, maybe 6 minutes. Lots of places to eat and shop in the area, don't miss Phillippi Creek Oyster Bar if you like seafood! If you are looking for a place close to Siesta Key Beach, check this one out, highly reccomended!
