Enjoyed our stay.

This was for a family get together. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive to our requests. The beds were all comfortable and plenty of seating on couches. Everyone had a great time during the stay.

We had a fantastic stay from Thursday to Sunday! The home was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished, exactly what we needed for our group. The two king-suites gave plenty of comfort, and the fully-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook together.The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, yet still convenient for dining and errands.The host was responsive and made check-in/check-out seamless. Thanks for making our long weekend so comfortable. We’d happily stay again and recommend this place to friends and family.

Good house and host!

Enjoyed all the little amenities to make us feel at home. Had coffee available toiletries etc. Property host was great to work with and addressed any questions or needs immediately.

It was a great spot to have my bachelorette party! Enjoyed the pool, played games, we went on wine tours about 30 mins from the property! Definitely would stay here again! The host always got back to me when having any questions!

We had a wonderful stay at Nirvana Homes. The home was spacious and comfortable for our family to gather for a nearby event. We had two elders with us as well as teens and a 11 year old. The kids got to enjoy the pool while we watched and relaxed. The kitchen was equipped with a variety of cooking equipment and pots and pans, toaster, blender. I wish I knew they had an instant pot :)Thank you for a memorable stay!! We would not hesitate to come back!

Nice property, would stay here again

This rental was so clean and expansive. We loved that it was one floor and so accessible to the older members of my family. The owner was very responsive and helpful to our needs and the free fresh grinder coffee was an absolute plus everyday when we woke up! Thank you for hosting my family we enjoyed your beautiful and clean home!

Wonderful! Easy check in process and communication with our host. Loved the open layout of the family room/dining/kitchen area. Dining table could have used two extra chairs to fit all 8 of us, but we made do with the bar stools. The pool was a hit with my nephews and it was convenient to have so many stores close by. Great place for a relaxing summer getaway and we would stay here again!

Clean, well equipped. The kids loved the pool, the beds are so good, we slept like babies. Minor issues were resolved in light speed by the owner, he is a true super host! Would return anytime!

Great place for our extended family of ten. Enough sleeping spaces and bathrooms for everyone. Kids loved the pool and neighborhood playground within walking distance.

We booked this amazing house for my daughter’s graduation from UC Davis. It was perfect for our family of 12! So much room for everyone. Besides my daughter’s graduation, the pool was the second highlight of the trip. We had so much fun swimming and playing and being together. Santosh is a wonderful host. He answered all my questions promptly and helped make our visit more enjoyable. Thank you, Santosh, for helping make my daughter’s graduation unforgettable!

The property was a great size for our needs. We had a family wedding and folks traveled from the east coast to attend. Santosh the manager was very responsive and respectful. There are a few areas for improvement to enhance the overall experience. The house and molding need a complete paint job. Interior was “weathered” and in need for a spruce up. Couches had stains. Kitchen well stocked. Showers were a bit difficult to work. The pool was very nice although one of the outdoor umbrellas base was cracked and lifted up.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property, Location was great and the Host was super.

This home was clean and tidy with enough beds for our entire family of 12. They were generous with their amenities, including a nice bottle of wine. We wish it would’ve been summer so we could enjoy their pool. The kids had plenty to keep them entertained as the house has children’s games and activities.

This place was a 10/10! The property matched the description, it was super clean and beautiful. All the instructions were easy and it was perfect for my family of 10 to stay there with PLENTY of space. Santosh was such a superb host. We would 100% recommend!

Santosh was VERY attentive during our stay. Texts were answered almost immediately and the house was great for the 10 of us! House was spacious and well equipped with anything you could need! Will absolutely stay again and in any other property Santosh may own!

Very well equipped house with special touches such as a welcoming wine bottle and toothbrush and toothpaste in bathrooms in case one forgot to bring those essentials. Neighborhood quiet and pleasant. Would recommend.

I have no negative comments on this property….everything was great…no walking distance stores though.
