We are conveniently located on the north side of town, near HWY 95, great shopping centers, restaurants, grocery store, theatre, dog park, riding trails, Windsor Beach and launch ramp, golf course, the lake, the aquatic center and the London Bridge.

Large sectional with matching ottoman. Large flat screen TV which offers Satellite TV with HBO, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. Hundreds of DVD’s are available if you prefer to watch a movie.

KITCHEN:

This kitchen offers two different options for seating. A large pub style table and four barstools for counter seating. This kitchen is big! Plenty of space to cook, tons of storage and a large pantry. Kitchen is fully equipped.

MASTER BEDROOM:

Large master bedroom with vaulted ceilings. Brand new furniture offers a King Size rustic bed, large dresser and two night stands. The bed in bathed in high quality linens and offers a plush goose down comforter. Master Bathroom is a dream come true with his and hers vanity/sinks, a jacuzzi tub (which is to die for!!), and a extra large tiled shower with bench seating (you can have a party in the shower) and a high quality shower head that feels like you’re standing under rain. A 50 LCD Tv is mounted on the wall for watching your favorite shows in bed. Netflix and DVD player are attached (and Satellite TV).

BEDROOM #2:

Offers a brand new queen size bed in a wooden rustic frame, large dresser to unpack all your clothes, and a night stand. Bed has premium linens with goose down comforter. Brand new ceiling fan. Large closet with hangers and a hamper for your dirty clothes.

BEDROOM #3:

Offers two full size beds. Perfect room for kids, but can be used for anybody. Beds are equipped with premium bedding with goose down comforters. Brand new ceiling fan. Hamper in closet for your dirty clothes and hangers located in the closet as well.

—POLICIES—

Minimum (2) two night stay. Reservations around Holidays may be four (4) night minimum.
No smoking.
No events, parties or large gatherings (small gatherings ok with notice to the homeowner.)
Must be at least 25 years or older to book a reservation.
Additional fees and taxes may apply.
Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
No loud music or outside noise after 10 pm.
Access to the interior of the garage is not allowed without prior approval from owners.
Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, guests won't get a refund.
Pets are allowed, extra fees apply. please just pickup after your furry friends.
The person on the reservation will be responsible for any and all repairs if damages occur during stay.

Pool and Jacuzzi Rules:
No glass!
No Diving!
No food or drinks while in the pool.
Heater for the Pool and Jacuzzi are operated only by owner and upon request. Additional fees apply for pool heater usage.
Pool equipment operated remotely by owner only.
Pool hours are limited from 8am to 10pm.
No chairs in the pool.
No umbrellas in the pool (table).
No sitting/standing/jumping on the pool table.
Pool toys and “floaties” are ok , but not provided
No dogs in the pool please.
Do not remove pool cleaning equipment from the pool.
Children under 14 need to be supervised while using the pool.
No smoking while in the pool.
Children non potty trained, must wear swim diapers
