Family Home with Fast WiFi, Wood Stove, Firepit, & Enclosed Yard - Dogs OK

Good location and well-stocked with basics. Good space for small group 4 people. The space is clean and well-taken care of. A neighborhood of mostly rentals so it is quiet during the week and busier on holidays and weekends. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

We weren’t able to stay for our whole reservation but for the short time we were there it was perfect. Super cute place in a great neighborhood! Would 100% rent it again!

Easy check in. Dishwasher running for hours after check in, found out it was empty? Later during stay loaded and tried to run, but ended emptying it and washing all dishes by hand ( all dishes inside were dirty and still dry?) Leak under sink( someone had placed a bowl under prior?) Evidence of mouse under sink and mouse poop by kitchen table. We realize that it is a cabin but it could use some additional pest/weatherproofing. Tried to report to someone but only reached automated options. Rest of stay was good, nice location, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and nice backyard. Ten o'clock checkout was doable but eleven would have been better.

This charming Lake Tahoe cottage was a delightful find. Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, it offered the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility. The cozy interior, complete with a well-equipped kitchen, made it a pleasure to call home. As a dog owner, I appreciated the fenced yard with the green lawn. It matched the listing photos perfectly, which was fantastic. The yard was amazing for late nights when the forest came alive. It provided a safe and spacious space for my furry friend to roam. While there was a minor hiccup with the initial cleanliness, the property manager promptly addressed the issue. Overall, this hidden gem exceeded expectations and is highly recommended for anyone seeking a cozy and comfortable Lake Tahoe getaway.

We absolutely loved everything about this home, the kitchen was very well appointed and has all new appliances. The home was incredibly clean and had plenty of everything one may need, towels, sheets, pillows, etc. As an added bonus if you have small children (we don't) there are plenty of toys and even some fun stuff for the kids to play with outside that are in the garage. All around a wonderful stay, the home, the neighborhood and the proximity to everything. Would absolutely return for another stay. Thank you for the great memories made with our family. This was my oldest son's first little vacation since returning home from active duty in the Army and he was very happy with our choice of vacation rental. Your home was perfect. Thank you for sharing it with us.

This was our second trip to the same house. We loved it and we will try to come back next year. We may even try to come back during the summer if available. Great house for a family. And if you have a dog, the fence yard is a plus, and the neighborhood dog friendly. Beds are super comfy.

The home had all that we needed. Great private backyard with propane fire pit (although we had to buy our own tank to use). Was a little surprised that while the home was pet friendly, we were not allowed to leave our small dog alone in the house. Made it a challenge to coordinate excursions we planned to do. Overall still a great time

We stayed at the Lazy Golden Cabin for 8 days this winter. The house is in South lake Tahoe, but not too close to the noise of the city center. We love the house. It was large enough for all of us, 3 adults and one dog. It could accommodate more people, and we have talked about coming back with another couple. The house was recently renovated but retains great cabin charm. It has all the amenities that you need. We loved to cook and the kitchen had everything that we needed to cook some great food. Me and my wife worked remotely for the entire week. The internet was perfect for the two of us, even during the the snow storm. Our dog really enjoyed playing in the snow in the large fenced back-yard. Th neighborhood was great. Neighbors would stop to talk to us when we walked outside with the dogs. One neighbor helped us to retrieve our dog frisbee. We felt almost home even if it was not our house. The owner has a contractor to plow the snow when it reaches 4 inches, and we could use the garage for the car which was a huge plus during the two snow storms. Definitely a place we would like to revisit or even a house we thought we could own. One minor thing: there was not coffee K-cups when we arrived. If you arrive late, try to come with your own K cups if you want a coffee the next morning. Not a big deal. Overall, we had a great stay. It was one of our favorite trip to Tahoe. The garden should work great in the summer as well.

Plenty of room, tons of cozy blankets and bedding. It was great to have access to the garage.
