Stayed Jun 20, 2025We were very happy with the location of the home. It was quite literally a 3 minute walk to a beautiful beach. The home itself is updated well and the kitchen is fairly well appointed with cooking equipment. Many of the pots and pans were either new or like new. The a/c system was wonderful and it cooled the house off very nicely. The beds and linens were in excellent condition and we had no issues with any of the appliances.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Pictures don’t do this house justice. The rooms are all quite large and comfy. The kitchen is beautiful, but could use a little brighter lighting. The quick walk to the private beach really makes the location exceptionally. If I’m ever back at the Cape we would rent again.

Stayed Oct 3, 2024We enjoyed our family vacation at this quiet lovely home. The welcome book provided information about the amenities and private beach. Also enjoyed the roof deck soaking up the sun. The home was well equipped inside and out with everything they advertised and more. We are very likely to rent this property again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Happy Beach is the perfect house and location for a family with young kids. We had plenty of space and the beach was a super easy walk. House was clean and had all necessary amenities for a beach vacation.
