This is a private home that is dedicated to Airbnb guests.This 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom home will surely serve all your needs while you stay in town. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen with an island to accommodate all your cooking needs. Our large patio has enough seating for large groups and enough space to run around. But most people rush right to the game room which is our newly converted room. The room was recently remodeled and stocked with many games to gracefully occupy your time while you stay. Games for all ages! The Legends Ultimate arcade comes with over 300+ games to choose from on a large LCD screen. Great way to modernize nostalgia for those that come from the arcade era. And after a long day you can enjoy the comfort of the sectional couch in the large living room space that faces a LED Lit 65` Smart TV with all your streaming desires. Use the warm vintage lights from the Tree of Life lamps that occupy each major space of the home. These lamps are hand built by a local artist that source local wood for these magnificent pieces. At the end of it all as you transition into the bedrooms to get some shut eye, you will be followed by a series of night lights that lead you tou your room. Once you lay in our Queen bed, it will keep you well rested throughout the night.

The best way to get around is via a car in Arlington. There is no public transit in the city so everyone drives or takes rideshare services like Uber/Lyft. There is a cab presence but you have to call the cab company or use their app to receive services.

However, we do have vehicles for rent via the Turo app that we offer a 15% discount to our Airbnb guests. Just ask us for more details on how you can take advantage of that.

✳ Please note that the house sleeps 6 comfortably as there are 3 beds, but can sleep up to 10 with the couch, futons & extra air mattress already provided in the home ✳

TV`s contain Roku sticks and are smart TV`s which include Amazon prime, Hulu, Netflix...etc. Please note, Roku is on us, but to utilize other apps you must enter your personal account information. Please don`t forget to sign out at checkout.

Please note that addressing your deliveries to the property is prohibited. This helps us ensure the security and smooth operation of our accommodations.
PETS ARE ALLOWED ($80 per pet per stay). In the event that we are made aware that you brought pets and did not disclose it to us prior to check-in or during your stay, there is a $250 violation fee.
