Welcome to 2 Mallard in the North Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island! This spacious home is on a quiet, family friendly street, with a neighborhood feel.

Accommodations:
This home features 3 bedrooms + a loft bedroom. The downstairs has 1 Master Queen, with en suite bath, 1 bedroom with Twin bunk beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single Twin beds. The 2 twin bedrooms share a hall bath, withtub/shower combo. There is 1 King & 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the upstairs loft bedroom, with en suite bath.

Living Spaces:
There is a large living area that is set up like a game room.

Outdoor:
The pool/spa area is very private from all sides and includes outdoor dining, BBQ, and relaxing sun loungers poolside . This is a great home for children and pets, due to the fully fenced back yard. Pool (able to be heated for additional charge)
